The Rongfa Building project is located in the core area of Guzhenkou, West Coast New Area, Qingdao, with a total construction area of about 250,000 square meters, including two super high-rise buildings, of which Tower A has a total height of 202 meters and Tower B has a total height of 172.4 meters. In the early stage of project construction, we will establish high standard goals, adhere to green construction, building energy saving, and fine design, and immediately carry out BIM modeling work before the start of the project.

The higher the floor, the more difficult it is to build, from 172 meters to 202 meters, not only the accumulation of height, but also the gradual increase in construction difficulty. The project construction team focuses on science and technology leadership, innovatively introduces industry-leading intelligent construction technology, and assists in project construction planning and efficient collaboration.
The structure of the project building is complex, and there are many construction difficulties and blockages in order to turn the exquisite and designed building shape on the drawings into a real thing. The project construction team used the BIM model to conduct visual simulation analysis of the overall layout of the temporary construction, determine the optimal site layout scheme, and solve the problem of narrow construction site and difficult site layout. Using BIM technology, Tekla software is used to model the steel structure, and the design of each steel bar and steel structure node and component is deepened, and the technical problems are solved in advance, and the machining accuracy and installation and construction quality are improved.

In order to improve the monitoring efficiency and accuracy, the project adopts large-volume remote wireless intelligent temperature measurement instruments, combined with ultra-long temperature measurement wires, temperature measurement terminal instruments to remotely return data, and the electrical software automatically processes and forms chart records, saving a lot of labor costs at the same time, the intuitive chart provides an effective construction basis for the construction and maintenance of large-volume concrete, and improves the construction quality of large-volume concrete.
In terms of green construction, the project advocates the concept of resource-saving green construction, and uses foundation pit construction drainage recycling technology, rainwater recycling technology, on-site production and domestic wastewater recycling technology to collect and comprehensively utilize water on the construction site; Using green construction online monitoring and quantitative evaluation technology, through the installation of intelligent instruments at the construction site and with the help of GPRS communication and computer software technology, real-time monitoring and evaluation of various green construction index data such as construction site energy consumption, water consumption, construction noise, construction dust, and safety operation status of large construction equipment can be carried out in a digital way anytime and anywhere.
