At 21 o'clock on June 27, the Municipal Hydrological Monitoring Station issued a yellow warning for flooding in the Apeng River in Qianjiang District, after early peak cutting and upstream and downstream linkage, as of 12 o'clock on June 28, the water level in front of the dam of the downstream Apeng River Dahekou Power Station was 382.01m, which was 2.99m lower than the normal water storage level. In addition, the water conservancy department monitored at 16 o'clock on the 28th, the water level of the Youyang section of the Youyang River (urban area) reached 660.21 meters, 1.39 meters lower than the warning water level, and the water level of the Daquan section of the Youyang River (Heishui Daquan to the spring hole in the north of the city) was 883.10 meters, 2.40 meters lower than the warning water level, and the risk of water level exceeding the warning level was greater. The meteorological department predicts that from the evening to the night of the 28th, heavy to heavy rain will be ushered in all parts of Youyang, and heavy rain may occur locally, and the rain may be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, thunder and lightning, gusty winds and other strong convective weather, and the flood control situation is grim. At present, governments at all levels and relevant departments in the county have launched flood control emergency plans.
