On the evening of June 27, the 2024 Peng'an County "Voice of Staff" Singer Contest (Finals) was held in the Six Arts Hall of Nanchong Qirui School.
Shi Kunlun, Minister of the Propaganda Department of Peng'an County, and Deng Yuwei, Chairman of the Peng'an County Federation of Trade Unions, were invited to attend the opening ceremony and present awards. At the same time, professional vocal judges and teachers from the Sichuan Provincial Choral Council, Nanchong Musicians Association, Peng'an County Music Association and several well-known music teachers in Peng'an were also invited to score in real time. More than 500 people participated in the music feast, including the chairmen of some county-level organs, enterprises and institutions, township (street) trade unions, employee representatives, some model worker representatives, and volunteer contestants' relatives and friends.
The finals kicked off with the song "Waiting", and the staff singers performed classic songs such as "Yellow Race", "China in the Lights", and "If the Wine Is Dry". The staff singers sang the surging passion of the majority of employees who love the party and the motherland and love life, and released their musical talents through wonderful performances, showing their skillful singing skills. The sincere emotional expression and vivid performance drove the atmosphere of the scene and deeply infected every audience and judge.
After four hours of fierce competition among 25 contestants, the final came to an end. Tang Dong from Zhoukou Sub-district Office and Yuan Haisen from Sangzi Primary School in Peng'an County won the honor of first place in this singer competition. You Yang from Peng'an County Tianqiao School, Peng Wenwen from Peng'an County Rong Media Center, and Huang Maojuan from Xiangru No. 1 Primary School won the second place, Sun Denggang from Luojia Town Central Primary School in Peng'an County, Luo Han from Nanchong Qirui Experimental School, Wu Wenping from Peng'an County Julong Junior High School, and Wang Hongkuan from Peng'an County No. 2 Middle School in Sichuan Province won the third place.
A total of more than 70 contestants participated in the staff singer competition, 25 entered the finals, and 9 won the rankings. Through this singing activity, it aims to let more employees be influenced by culture and art, continuously improve the happiness and sense of gain of the workers, convey the sincere feelings of the majority of cadres and workers to the party, the country and their hometown, and highlight the good spiritual outlook and style of the times that the cadres and workers are proactive, energetic and advancing with the times.
