Fresh graduates of ordinary high schools, full-time graduates and students of ordinary colleges and universities and scientific research institutions should be at least 18 to 22 years old (born between January 1, 2002 and December 31, 2006), and full-time graduate graduates and students are relaxed to 26 years old.

Application process
1. Online registration
Young women who meet the basic requirements for recruitment should log on to the "National Recruitment Network" to fill in the registration information.
Young women who are recruited shall apply at the place of their household registration, and may apply at the place of habitual residence if their habitual residence is not in the same province as the place of household registration and they have obtained a local residence permit for more than 3 years. Fresh graduates and students of regular colleges and universities can apply at the place where the school is located, or at the place where they are registered before enrollment.
2. Determine the pre-recruitment targets for the primary election
After the registration deadline, the online registration system will automatically generate the relative scores of the applicants in the college entrance examination according to the student information database of the Ministry of Education, and select the pre-recruitment objects for the primary selection in order from high to low.
Those who meet the registration conditions, but have not participated in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, and have no college entrance examination results (including spring college entrance examination candidates, students in the 4th and 5th academic years of the five-year consistent system and 32 sub-section and fresh graduates), their relative score in the college entrance examination is 0 points.
3. Preliminary examination and preliminary inspection
In accordance with the requirements of the notice of the municipal enlistment office of the place where they are recruited, the pre-conscription subjects shall participate in the examination with the "Online Registration Review Form for Young Conscripted Women", graduation certificate (for graduates), student ID card (for college students and graduates), household registration booklet (for use when the place of registration is the place of household registration), resident ID card, etc.
The city-level enlistment office will notify the time, place, precautions and requirements of the preliminary examination to the pre-conscription targets of the preliminary examination 3-5 days in advance. It mainly examines the household registration, age, education, height, weight, eyesight and other items of the pre-recruitment subjects of the primary selection, and checks the authenticity of the original scores and academic qualifications of the college entrance examination one by one. Those who pass the preliminary examination and preliminary inspection are determined to be the objects of inspection, and the physical examination notice shall be sent in a timely manner; Those who do not meet the requirements will be disqualified.
4. Physical examination
Physical examinations shall be organized and implemented by the enlistment offices of each city (prefecture) in their respective regions by setting up closed physical examination stations. After the completion of the physical examination, the participants can check the results of the physical examination through the national conscription network.
5. Political Considerations
The political examination work is organized by the county (city, district) conscription office, and organized and implemented by the public security department at the same level in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and the results of the political examination can be inquired through the national conscription network.
6. Comprehensive quality evaluation
The comprehensive quality assessment is to be carried out simultaneously with the physical examination, and is to be carried out by the enlistment office of each city (prefecture) in accordance with the evaluation items and organizational procedures stipulated in the "Interim Measures for the Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of Female Soldiers in Sichuan Province". Interview inspections, inspection certificates, physical fitness tests, etc., are used to evaluate the political ideology, physical fitness, cultural quality, professional expertise, and motivation for enlistment, and the test scores are announced on the spot.
7. Approve and appoint troops
The provincial enlistment office issues a one-time conscription task, and the municipal (prefecture) enlistment office convenes a collective conscription meeting in accordance with the conscription task issued by the provincial conscription office, and determines the list of scheduled recruits in order of the comprehensive quality test scores from high to low for young women who have passed the physical examination and political examination, and gives priority to determining conditional soldiers who have special requirements for political, physical or professional skills.
8. Public announcement and handover and delivery
The list of scheduled recruits is to be publicly announced in accordance with the prescribed procedures. If there is no objection to the planned recruits after the announcement, the enlistment office of each county (city, district) shall go through the enlistment procedures, and at the same time go through the formalities such as tuition subsidy and retention of student status. Where there are truly problems reported or reflected, as well as those who fail to pass the review, their enlistment qualifications are to be revoked, and the young women who are subsequently qualified in the city (prefecture) are to be replaced in turn. The handover of recruits is organized by the provincial enlistment office and transported according to the transportation plan.

Physical Examination Criteria
1. Height standards
158 cm or more, passed.
2. Weight standard
17≤BMI<24且空腹血糖<7.0mmol/L，合格。
3. Vision standards
Unaided visual acuity of less than 4.5 in any eye is not qualified.
If the uncorrected visual acuity of any eye is lower than 4.8, corrected visual acuity examination is required, and the corrected visual acuity of any eye is lower than 4.8 or the corrected power is more than 600 degrees, and it is not qualified.
Refractive error after excimer laser surgery (without phakic intraocular lens implantation and other procedures) for more than half a year, no complications, unaided visual acuity of 4.8 in any eye, normal fundus examination, qualified except for qualified soldiers.
