In terms of design, the exterior of the Chang'an Academy Pavilion integrates tradition and modernity, and the roof of the traditional Chinese building "anti-Yu Xiangyang" gently spreads a continuous and complete warped roof on the bank of the Bahe River, and the warping of the eaves gives the building flexibility. As stated in the "Book of Songs: Xiaoya", "such as a bird, such as a fly". The stretched roof is like an open book, adding a bit of cultural connotation to the bank of the Bahe River.
The space design of the museum area emphasizes the integration of the internal space and the external environment, with the theme of "Cultural Canyon, Long History", a meandering knowledge canyon runs through the building, connecting the greening of the central axis with the riverside landscape. All reading spaces in the library are closely integrated with the canyon-like atrium, allowing the environment to naturally penetrate into the interior, providing readers with the best reading experience.

4. Zhonghao Electric's R&D and production base started

5. The municipal supporting facilities for resettlement housing in Hujia Village started

6. Xi'an Huanpu Fengdong Innovation City (Phase I) was put into use

8. The first phase of the production base of aero engine core components was put into use
Located in Xi'an Industrial Investment Park, Jinghe New Town, it will build a processing production line for core components of aero engine in phases for the aero engine and gas turbine market. After the project is put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 200 million yuan and create 150 jobs.
9. The first phase of the west area of the Qinhan Health Industrial Park in Xixian New Area

The project is located in Qinhan New Town, Xixian New District, covering an area of about 287 acres with a total investment of about 2.7 billion yuan. As the main carrying platform of Qin Chuangyuan Life Science Achievement Transfer and Transformation Demonstration Zone, it plans to build smart workshops, shared experimental platforms, biobanks, cell medicine centers, test and testing centers, operation centers, living facilities and other facilities, which can meet the needs of enterprises for intelligent production and research and development, conferences and exhibitions, academic exchanges, headquarters offices and other needs. The first phase of the western area of the industrial park is divided into two sections, north and south, after completion, the southern area will be dominated by pharmaceutical production, and the northern area will be dominated by medical device production.
As of now, the construction of No. 9-16 factories on the west side has been completed, and the construction of the park road has also been completed, and the construction of landscape greening and other construction is underway. The interior installation, façade construction and road construction of the No. 3-8 plant on the east side are accelerating. The plant in the southern area is about to enter the stage of full completion and delivery.
In the north area of the project, 14 production plants, 3 R&D laboratory buildings, 1 public testing platform and 1 park operation center will be built. At present, the No. 3-No. 5 plant on the east side has completed the construction of ash compacted piles and CFG piles, the No. 8 and No. 9 plants have completed the foundation construction, the No. 6 and No. 7 plants are under the main construction of the first floor, and the other two high-rise buildings are undergoing foundation construction.
After the project is completed and put into use, 360,000 square meters of new industrial bearing space will be added. At present, the investment promotion work is advancing simultaneously, and 56 pharmaceutical companies have signed contracts to settle down.
10. Inovance energy storage and power system manufacturing base project
The project is located in Fengdong New Town Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park, Xixian New Area, Inovance Technology is a leading enterprise in the field of industrial automation control in mainland China, and is the No. 1 supplier of servo systems and high-voltage inverters in China. The Inovance energy storage and power system manufacturing base project built by it with an investment of 1 billion yuan, with a total construction area of about 90,000 square meters, mainly produces new energy energy storage equipment and power supply systems.
Up to now, the foundation of the No. 1 plant of the project has been completed, and the steel bar binding, various backfill and cushion construction operations are being accelerated, which is expected to be completed and put into operation in December 2025, with an annual revenue of 8 billion yuan after reaching production, driving the employment of about 1,500 people, and providing strong support for building a strong engine for regional new quality productivity.
11. Qin Chuangyuan Jinghe Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park Phase II
The project is located in Jinghe New Town, Xixian New District, and will build offices, supporting apartments, commercial buildings, underground garages, and outdoor supporting facilities. After completion, it will be seamlessly connected with Jinghe Industrial Incubation Center and Industrial Incubation Base, and become an important carrier to attract headquarters-based enterprises and key science and technology enterprises to join.

12, Fenglin Xi'an
The project is located in the south of Zhenghe 8th Road, east of Futai Road and west of Kangtai Road in Fengdong New Town. In the first phase, it is planned to build 5 residential buildings, 1 community comprehensive service building, 2 commercial buildings, 1 kindergarten, supporting the construction of underground garages and equipment rooms, and 782 planned households. The second phase plans to build 10 residential buildings, which is expected to provide affordable housing for more than 1,330 households in the jurisdiction.
Up to now, the main structure of the 1#-5# building of the first phase of the project has been fully capped, and the masonry plastering of the secondary structure is about to be completed; The earthwork excavation of kindergartens, community service centers and other supporting facilities has been completed. The 10#, 11#, 12#, and 13# buildings of the second phase of the project are all speeding up the main construction, and the project is capped.
13, Che Zhang Jiayuan
The project is located in Chezhang Village, Sanqiao Street, Fengdong New Town, east of Tiantai Road, north of Zhenghe 4th Road and south of Zhenghe 5th Road, with a total construction area of about 422,000 square meters, including residential buildings, supporting commercial, business offices, underground garages and supporting public facilities.
Up to now, the main body of the project and the external wall insulation and coating have been completed, and the installation of plumbing well pipes, strong and weak electric well bridges, and cable laying in the public area has been basically completed, and the outdoor earthwork backfill and garage water and electricity installation work are underway.

The project is located in the north of Afang North Road, west of Taiping Road, south of Zhenghe Third Road and east of Taixiang Road in Fengdong New Town, with a total construction area of 450,000 square meters, including 16 residential buildings, 1 property building, 1 community building and 1 kindergarten, which can provide more than 3,000 housing units after completion.
Up to now, among the 16 buildings of the project, the main structure of 4 buildings has been capped, the construction of masonry structure has been completed, the main structure of 4 buildings has been constructed to 1 floor on average, the pile foundation construction of 3 buildings has been completed, and the remaining 5 buildings are undergoing foundation pit earthwork excavation construction.
15, Fengming Garden
The project is located in the east of Wenchuang 1st Road, south of Wenchuang North Road, and north of Fengdong South Road, with 15 residential buildings, a hotel, an underground garage, a kindergarten and related supporting facilities.
Up to now, the main structure of the 15 residential buildings of the project has been capped, the masonry structure has been basically completed, and the construction of roof waterproofing, window frame installation and water and electricity installation is underway.
16. Plot B of the third phase of Qili Town
The project is located in the north of Haojing 1st Road, west of Keyuan Road and east of Fuxing East Road in Fengdong New Town, with a total construction area of about 121,300 square meters, planning 6 residential and service supporting buildings, setting up a total of 985 parking spaces in a 2-storey underground garage, and planning to resettle 1,084 households in the jurisdiction.
Up to now, the 1# building of the project has successfully broken through the "plus or minus zero", the west area has fully entered the main construction stage, and the earthwork excavation in the east area is nearing completion, and it is about to enter the pile foundation construction stage. 17. Plot 4 in the east of Qili Town
The project is located in the south of Kunming 3rd Road, north of Kunming 4th Road, west of Yuzhang 4th Road and east of Hanchi Road in Fengdong New Town, with a total construction area of about 193,700 square meters, planning 8 buildings, including 6 residential, 1 commercial and 1 community supporting building, and is expected to resettle a total of 996 residents.
