"Are flood control materials in place? It is necessary to be strictly on duty, closely observe the changes in the water situation, and report the emergency situation as soon as possible. In the early morning of June 30, Ding Xiaojun, deputy director of the Management Committee of the High-tech Zone and secretary of the Party Working Committee of Hai'an Street, rushed to the villages (residences) to supervise and inspect the flood control work, focusing on checking the flood control emergency duty situation in the villages (residences), and carefully checking whether the drainage points in the jurisdiction are blocked and whether there is water accumulation in the community, and guiding the drainage of low-lying areas to ensure that the flood control work is carried out in a strong, orderly and effective manner.
Since entering the flood season, Hai'an Street has opened a 24-hour "online" mode during the flood season, and each village (residence) has strictly implemented the 24-hour on-duty duty system, prepared sufficient emergency supplies, paid close attention to the flood situation, rain situation, water situation, and dangerous situation, and implemented various work instructions for flood control in a timely manner to ensure that once there is a dangerous situation, it can effectively deal with emergencies in the first time.
Smell the "flood" and move, timely investigation and rectification of hidden dangers
"We must carry out a dragnet investigation of key parts such as dilapidated housing areas, waterlogging points, underground parking lots, old communities, and rivers within the jurisdiction, and the masses who should be transferred must be turned around, and the hidden dangers of rectification must be quickly put in place to ensure that no hidden danger points are missed, and no hidden dangers are left." On June 30, Zhang Lu, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the office of Hai'an Street, went to the villages (residences) to carry out key investigations and on-site guidance on waterlogging points and rivers, and urged all villages (residents) to focus on key areas and weak links, carry out high-density inspections and investigations, dynamically grasp the changes in river water levels, and timely find and solve problems such as road water and rain and sewage pipe well blockage.
In the past few days, the villages (residences) of Hai'an Street have adhered to the principle of "pre-rain inspection, rain inspection, and post-rain review", and implemented a "knock on the door action" in the dilapidated housing area, and transferred the people in the dangerous area as soon as possible to ensure that they should be turned around. "The community's emergency response team should be on standby at all times, and once there is a situation where the water in the jurisdiction cannot be drained, the team should be immediately organized to use a pump to drain the water." In the early morning of June 30, Cui Wei, member of the Party Working Committee, deputy director of the office, and member of the political and legal committee of Hai'an Street, went to the key low-lying and flood-prone areas to guide the drainage work, and told the community to maintain an emergency state at all times and take timely measures to eliminate stagnant water.
At the flood control site, the villages (residences) of Hai'an Street immediately put into the emergency drainage work, and the members of the party and government teams of the streets supervised and guided the drainage work in key areas such as the main roads, low-lying and water-prone road sections, and residential areas of each village (residence), and built a solid flood prevention safety barrier with practical actions.
