The Yangling District Court released the second phase of the list of judgment defaulters in 2024

In order to urge persons subject to enforcement to conscientiously perform the obligations set forth in effective legal documents, and to advance the establishment of social creditworthiness, the Yangling District People's Court has decided to expose the following judgment defaulters on the basis of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Publication of Information on the List of Judgment Defaulters" and other relevant laws and provisions.

The exposed person shall immediately perform the obligations set forth in the effective legal documents, otherwise the court will take compulsory measures such as fines and detention depending on the circumstances, and the person subject to enforcement who refuses to perform, resists enforcement, or evades enforcement will be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with law.
