"This year, we will build and upgrade 764 sets of ground automatic observation stations, upgrade 1 S-band radar, build 22 new X-band weather radars, and build a provincial direct receiving station for Fengyun No. 4B satellite in Chengde Enclosure, these monitoring data will provide more accurate data support for our meteorological services in the flood season this year and beyond."
