"On September 1, 2022, Jinwan District took the lead in relaxing the approval conditions for the introduction of industrial talents in the city. After the implementation of the original policy, 5,887 industrial talents have been introduced. This time, compared with the original policy, the new policy we launched for the introduction of talents has been further relaxed in terms of household entry targets, approval conditions, age, and social security payment time limit. It is understood that newly employed young talents refer to talents who meet the relevant conditions who are introduced to Jinwan District for employment for the first time after July 1, 2024, including full-time newly introduced talents with full-time bachelor's degree or above in general higher education, intermediate (inclusive) or above, technician (inclusive) or above national vocational qualifications from enterprises registered and taxed in Jinwan District according to law, new R&D institutions, social organizations and private non-enterprises and other employers, and talents need to sign labor contracts with employers and pay social insurance.
