In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on production safety, enhance the awareness of disaster prevention and mitigation of all employees, strengthen emergency rescue capabilities, and protect personal and property safety, a few days ago, the Emergency Management Bureau of the Economic Development Zone, together with the Electronic Information Bureau, the Microelectronics Management Center, the Xiqing District Fire Detachment, and Tianjin Samsung Vision Mobile Co., Ltd., jointly held a comprehensive emergency drill for enterprises, and invited 43 representatives of 38 enterprises in the park to conduct on-site observation.
At the beginning of the drill, the drill was full of orange smoke, the fire sound and light alarm and fire broadcast of the production building sounded, and the enterprise personnel leaned over and covered their mouths and noses with wet towels, and evacuated from the evacuation port to the designated assembly point in an orderly manner. After arriving at the assembly point, each department will line up and stand in line according to the designated position, and the safety management personnel will count and report to the rostrum. The comprehensive drill included earthquakes, chemical leaks, canteen gas leaks, energy supply interruptions, fire evacuation and escape, and ERT (emergency response) team members search and rescue, and conducted a joint fire extinguishing drill with the Xiqing District Fire Squadron.
In addition, the event also carried out a fire competition, involving the use of fire extinguishers, personnel rescue, AED and fire hydrant use, 10 teams participated in the fire competition, and the team with the shortest time finally won.
After the fire competition, Tianjin Samsung Vision Mobile Co., Ltd. summarized the fire emergency drill activities. The emergency management bureau of the Economic Development Zone commented on the drill activities, and the fire competition further strengthened the employees' fire emergency self-rescue capabilities, improved the ability of employees to deal with the initial fire in the event of a fire accident, and helped the enterprise effectively reduce losses.
In the next step, all enterprises in the park will do a good job in summarizing the results of observation and learning, organize emergency drills and emergency drills in their own units, carry out emergency drills and emergency training on a regular basis, and continuously enhance emergency response capabilities, especially to ensure timely evacuation of personnel, smooth life channels, and consolidate the last line of defense for safe production. At the same time, the Emergency Management Bureau of the Economic Development Zone will strengthen the safety awareness of all enterprises, continuously improve the safety awareness of employees, and urge enterprises to pay attention to the safety management and standardization of operation processes in the process of abnormal disposal such as production and inspection and maintenance, so as to ensure that there are rules to abide by and comply with regulations, ensure the smooth operation of enterprise production, and ensure the continuous and stable regional safety production situation.
