According to public information, Fu Ming, male, Han nationality, from Wanzhou, Chongqing, born in August 1963, bachelor's degree in university and engineering, started working in October 1984, and joined the Communist Party of China in February 1993. He used to be the director of the Office of the Leading Group for the Development and Construction of the former Yudai New Town in Jiangbei District, and the second-level inspector of the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee of Jiangbei District.
