Lushui Lake Scenic Area is a national 4A-level key tourist scenic spot, and at the same time is the source of drinking water for 300,000 residents in the urban area of Chibi City, and is the mother lake of the people of Chibi, with a total area of 190.90 square kilometers, nearly 1,000 islands dotted around, the largest is more than 100 hectares, the smallest is like a leaf boat, it is the "urban green lung" and important cultural and tourism resources of Chibi City.
In recent years, the Management Committee of Lushui Lake Scenic Area has conscientiously practiced the development concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", promoted the construction of Lushui Lake Scenic Area project with high quality, transformed the advantages of ecological resources into economic and social advantages, and created a high-quality tourist area.
From March to June every year, it is the fishing ban period in the land water lake of Chibi City. In order to do a good job in the work related to the fishing ban period, the Management Committee of Lushui Lake Scenic Area has severely cracked down on all kinds of illegal fishing, and led the "law enforcement blue" through the "Party Building Red", which has better protected the fishery resources and the ecological environment of the waters, and promoted the sustainable development of the fishery resources of the Lushui Lake.
"It's a closed fishing season, and even fishing is illegal." In the waters of the Cape of Good Hope in Lushui Lake, party member Liu Junshan led fishery law enforcement personnel and fishermen to find that someone was fishing illegally during patrols, and immediately stepped forward to stop it, temporarily seized a hand rod, and carried out legal education for relevant personnel.
Since March 1, the implementation of the fishing ban system, the committee has taken political construction as the guide, party member education as the starting point, led the team, promoted law enforcement, and gave full play to the role of grassroots party organizations as a fighting fortress and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, and carried out special rectification actions against illegal fishing for a long time. The members of the Party Working Committee commanded from the front, organized party member commandos many times, led fishery administration and law enforcement personnel, increased the frequency of inspections, inspected the lake day and night, all-weather, and full coverage, and carried out "zero tolerance" for illegal fishing.
"The more holidays we have, the more we dare not slack off." In order to dispel the luck psychology of illegal fishing and illegal fishing, during this year's Qingming Festival, Labor Day and Dragon Boat Festival holiday, party members Wang Xinbin, Liu Junshan, Liu Hansheng, Yuan Shipeng and other law enforcement personnel stick to the front line, 24 hours to carry out lake inspection and law enforcement, at any time to clear illegal nets, to achieve the goal of "no fishing boats in the lake, no nets in the water, and no lake fish in the market" during the fishing ban period.
Up to now, the Management Committee of Lushui Lake Scenic Area has investigated and dealt with more than 300 cases of illegal fishing, temporarily seized 353 fishing rods, cleared 241 wire nets in the lake, 43 ground cages, investigated and dealt with 1 case of illegal fishing of fishing boats during the fishing ban period, 1 case of illegal net fishing during the fishing ban period and 1 case of illegal fishing during the fishing ban period and suspected of obstructing the performance of duties, all of which were transferred to the public security organs for handling in accordance with the law.
At the same time, in view of the large amount of solid waste and water hyacinth that has been discharged from the flood in the Lushui Lake basin since late March, the committee has actively mobilized and coordinated the forces of all parties, set goals and tasks, and ensured that all staff are on the battlefield and full horsepower, and strive to improve the salvage efficiency in the form of mechanical and manual, scribing and segmented salvage, and strengthen the supervision and assessment of cleaning companies, and strive to complete the cleaning work with high standards, fully protect the ecological environment of the waters, and improve the living environment of villages along the lake.
The relevant person in charge of the committee said that it will further improve its position, continue to play the role of party building guidance and party member demonstration, continuously improve law enforcement cooperation with municipal departments, maintain the high-pressure and strict management situation and high-frequency law enforcement intensity during the fishing ban period in land and water lakes, adhere to 24-hour lake inspections, adhere to the implementation of water area management, and strengthen publicity, guide the masses to jointly implement the fishing ban policy, fully realize the "three nos" goal, take practical actions to protect a piece of clear water, and ensure that "the water is clear, the shore is green, and the scenery is beautiful".
