Since its founding, the Communist Party of China has taken the transformation of China and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as its own responsibility, led the Chinese people through indomitable and turbulent years, carried out decades of struggle and hard work, and used the three magic weapons of red wisdom, red culture, and red public opinion to achieve great victories that attracted worldwide attention. The guidance of red wisdom, the inheritance of red culture, and the promotion of red public opinion have formed a unique treasure of achievements of the Communist Party of China.

Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the Important Thought of Three Represents, the Scientific Outlook on Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era have provided a huge and correct theoretical foundation and ideological system for the Communist Party of China to fulfill its mission, and also provided a strong motto for the future construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, high-quality development, comprehensive social progress and the realization of "new quality productivity".

What is Red Wisdom? Red wisdom is the foundation of the theoretical system and spiritual achievements that guide the construction and development of our party, and it is the crystallization of the keen ideas of the Chinese communists in creating and analyzing things. Its main manifestations and manifestations are:

1. It is Mao Zedong Thought. Mao Zedong Thought is the product of the integration of the basic tenets of Marxism-Leninism with the concrete reality of the Chinese revolution and the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the Chinese communists. The wisdom creation and core connotation of Deng Xiaoping Theory are mainly embodied in the following: adhering to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts and the principle of independence and self-determination, the scientific judgment in the initial stage of socialism, the fundamental task and nature of socialism, and the four cardinal principles are the foundation of the country. Deng Xiaoping Theory is the second historical leap in integrating Marxism-Leninism with China's reality. It has opened up a new realm of Marxism. We have grasped the fundamental question of "what is socialism?" and thus formed a new scientific and intelligent system of the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.

3. It is an important thinking of the "three represents." The important thinking of the "three represents" is embodied in the fact that it summarizes in a concentrated way all the theoretical and practical activities of the party and the state, including the fundamental orientation, fundamental criterion, and fundamental basis for all work, and has become a guide to action for guiding the great march of the party and the state in the new century. The important thinking of the "three represents" has once again brought about the CPC's guiding ideology advancing with the times.

Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is "insisting on emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, advancing with the times, seeking truth and pragmatism, adhering to dialectical materialism and historical materialism, closely combining the conditions of the times and the requirements of practice, deepening the understanding of the laws of the Communist Party's governance, socialist construction, and the development of human society from an overall perspective, and achieving theoretical innovation achievements through theoretical exploration". Red culture is an advanced culture with Chinese characteristics jointly created by the Chinese Communists, advanced elements and the masses during the revolutionary war years, and contains a rich revolutionary spirit and profound historical and cultural connotations. Red culture is an important resource, both material and non-material. Red culture is also a concrete embodiment of the inheritance of traditional Chinese culture, and it is a unique culture formed by the Communist Party of China in the long-term revolutionary process. There are many manifestations of the achievements of human historical development, and one of the most important is the accumulation of culture. Red culture is a specific policy to guide our party's national independence, behavioral norms and core values, and is a political, spiritual and cultural crystallization that reflects national independence, national spirit, road confidence, theoretical confidence, institutional confidence, cultural self-confidence, and belief and ideal characteristics created by the Chinese communists after the evolution of Chinese culture and Chinese civilization. It is a magic weapon to guide the success of the Chinese revolution, an important driving force for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, an important driving force for the inheritance of civilization, and a source of social progress and civilization.
