The provincial trade union propaganda, ideological and cultural work conference was held in Hangzhou on June 28. The meeting thoroughly studied and implemented Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts, General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the work of the working class and trade unions, and analyzed the situation, studied countermeasures, and deployed tasks around the propaganda, ideological and cultural work of the province's trade unions in the current and future periods. The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to closely focus on the deployment requirements of the propaganda, ideological and cultural work of the Provincial Party Committee and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, further focus on cohesion, detailed implementation, innovation and excellence, and strive to promote the high-quality development of the propaganda, ideological and cultural work of the trade unions in the province.
Zhang Xiaohui, director of the Propaganda and Education Department of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, attended the meeting and put forward requirements for the integration of the trade union's propaganda, ideological and cultural work into the development of new productive forces; Lu Zhiliang, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, made arrangements for the propaganda, ideological and cultural work of the province's trade unions in the next stage; Sun Yaotong, member of the party group and vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, presided over the meeting.
The meeting made arrangements for further promoting the high-quality development of the propaganda, ideological and cultural work of the province's trade unions, and proposed to strive to build a "345" Zhejiang trade union propaganda, ideological and cultural work system with the main content of creating and forming three major symbolic achievements, exploring and practicing the "four modernizations" innovation path, and focusing on the implementation of five tasks.

In Hangzhou, the country's first "Craftsman Day" has become a landmark cultural project to promote the "Three Spirits". After the establishment of the "Craftsman Day" in 2019, Hangzhou has successively established the country's first model worker craftsman college, built the country's first model worker craftsman cultural park, and created a "Tianmu Ingenuity Museum" with the connotation of the times. Among them, the "Tianmu Ingenuity Pavilion" integrates the history of the labor movement, craftsman training, live broadcasting, special product display and other functions, focusing on creating a trinity of "digital intelligence + ingenuity", "Douyin main number + semicolon" and "ingenuity hall + workshop" "Tianmu Craftsman Co-prosperity Alliance" matrix. Up to now, "Tianmu Seeking Craftsmen" has publicized a total of 330 model workers and cultivated objects, with 34 million broadcasts and more than 4,300 yuan of direct economic benefits.
As of now, Hangzhou has identified 240 "Hangzhou craftsmen" for seven sessions and 118 "Hangzhou digital craftsmen" for two sessions. This year, Hangzhou issued the "Three-year Action Plan (2024-2026) on Encouraging High-quality Workers to Be Pioneers in the Series of Transformative Practices of Striving for a New Era and Building a New Paradise", and continued to cultivate the fertile soil for the cultivation of "famous city craftsmen".
The "three spirits" are both inside and outside the classroom, as well as between the lines. In the new era, the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmen need to be more vividly interpreted. Hangzhou has taken multiple measures to create the atmosphere of the "three spirits", cultivated cultural heritage, told the stories of model workers, labor stories and craftsmen, and made the "three spirits" a new fashion in the whole society. In recent years, Hangzhou has carried out the activity of "Model Workers and Craftsmen Entering the Campus" with different themes every year to promote the popularization, modernization and life of the "Three Spirits". Shangcheng District explored a new model and released the book "Ingenuity Children's Travel", which was created by students visiting 20 model workers and craftsmen in their spare time, personally excavating the connotation of the "three spirits", and polishing with ingenuity; The West Lake District has formulated the "three lists" of model workers and craftsmen to enter the campus, and planted the seeds of "ingenuity" with labor education as the incision. In 2024, Hangzhou Municipal General Administration's "Song Yun Yao Jinhui Youth to Ingenuity - Hangzhou Model Worker Craftsman Entering the Campus National Demonstration Activity" was selected as a classic case of the ACFTU "Model Worker Craftsman Entering the Campus Activity", and ranked first in the country.
