Advanced speed sensorless vector control technology, flying car start technology, high and low voltage crossing technology, non-disturbance switching control technology, etc., to achieve accurate control of asynchronous motor, separately excited synchronous motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor, reduce the impact on the power grid, and improve the service life of the mechanical system;

For example, in a steel plant, the average power saving rate of the high-voltage inverter of the hot-rolled descaling pump is more than 33%, and the average power saving rate of the converter of a steel mill is more than 25%, which reduces the mechanical impact of the system and prolongs the service life of the equipment, while bringing economic value and environmental protection benefits to customers.

In the early morning of May 21, 2024, the 25-day overhaul of the first workshop of shagang hot coil was successfully completed, and the steel was successfully tested at one time. In view of the application scenario of the synchronous motor drive transformation of the V1 main rolling mill in this project, CCID Electric independently developed and produced the special high-voltage inverter for the synchronous machine based on the MVC1200 series of general-purpose high-voltage inverters, which realized the control of the V1 main motor to switch to the power frequency without disturbance, broke the monopoly of foreign technology, and completed the localization of the equipment. The product adopts advanced control algorithm, which makes the operation of the motor more stable, reduces the vibration and noise during the start-up process, improves the quality of the working environment, increases the protection functions of the motor, and ensures the stable and reliable operation of the motor. At the same time, its start and stop time is faster, so that the whole rolling cycle is shortened, the output is increased, and greater economic benefits are obtained.
