The Shanghai-Suzhou-Lake high-speed railway leads from Shanghai Hongqiao Station, passes through Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and ends at Huzhou Station, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a total length of about 164 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, with 8 stations in Shanghai Hongqiao, Shanghai Songjiang, Liantang, Suzhou South, Shengze, Huzhou Nanxun, Huzhou East and Huzhou, which is a major project of infrastructure interconnection in Shanghai, Suzhou and Huzhou, and is also a key project of Yangtze River Delta railway networking, network supplementation and strong chain.
The Shanghai-Suzhou-Lake high-speed railway will be officially laid in March 2024, and the entire track-laying construction will start from Shanghai Songjiang Station, and the long track will be paved directly to both ends of Shanghai Hongqiao Station and Huzhou Station. The whole track-laying process has the characteristics of many constructions near the business line, high operation accuracy requirements, tight construction period of track-laying nodes, and high safety risk level.
In order to organize the track-laying construction in a safe, high-quality and efficient manner, the construction unit prepares the long rail transportation and track-laying plan in advance, dynamically allocates resources, optimizes the construction organization, strengthens the process connection, and realizes the intelligent, informational, professional and green project management and control through the information management and control platform, greatly improves the quality and speed of track laying, and ensures the safety of engineering operations.
After the completion and operation of the Shanghai-Suzhou-Lake high-speed railway, it will further improve the layout of the regional road network, effectively relieve the transportation pressure of the Shanghai-Nanjing and Shanghai-Hangzhou railway corridors, and optimize the layout of the Shanghai railway hub, which is of great significance for promoting the economic and social development along the route and the integrated high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta.
