"When Secretary Zou came to the community to stay in the village, our party branch secretary was vacant, so he took us to find candidates, equipped with a party secretary, and mobilized a college graduate party member to serve as the deputy party secretary in the community, and strengthened the community "two committees" team. In view of the prominent problems of contradictions and disputes in our community, Secretary Zou took the lead in setting up a contradiction and dispute coordination group, mobilized the participation of prestigious township sages in the community, and implemented the "1+1" governance model of 1 member of the "two committees" with 1 grid member or joint head of household, and committed to resolving contradictions and disputes in the bud, realizing that the contradictions are not handed over and the services are not lacking. "When I repaired this ditch, I pressed my vegetables during construction, and then I went to the community to report the situation, and Secretary Zou gave us mediation, and negotiated with the construction party to compensate me according to how many vegetables were pressed. "As the first secretary of the village, it is my job responsibility to help build and strengthen the community party organization, especially for the work of resolving community conflicts and disputes. Zou Linsong, the first secretary of the Xindian community in the village, said.
In the past two years, under the promotion of Zou Linsong, the Xindian community has explored and used the "153" working mechanism, built and strengthened the "two committees" of the community, explored ways to resolve contradictions and disputes, found the right way for industrial development, and took off the weak and sloppy hat. This year, in the action of "queuing up and grabbing the tail, double integration and double creation", the general party branch of Xindian community was rated as an advanced party organization.
