Xiaowang Village, Bailian Town, is located in the southwest of Jiangle County, 16 kilometers away from Longqi Mountain National Nature Reserve, and is the only place for the "Deep Breathing" boutique tourism route of Longqi Mountain in our county, with obvious geographical advantages. By unlocking the "ecological code", Xiaowang Village has realized the transformation of "green waters and green mountains" into "gold and silver mountains".
In recent years, Xiaowang Village has invested more than 10 million yuan to promote the improvement of the living environment, build a new sewage treatment station, a resettlement activity center in the reservoir area, a party and mass service center, a health and medical station, implement the upgrading and transformation of safe drinking water, and the construction of farmland infrastructure, which has greatly improved the living environment and continuously improved the people's sense of gain, happiness and security.
Relying on the unique ecological environment, it attracts Lehengxin Ecological Agriculture and Forestry Development Co., Ltd. and Lixue Natural Mountain Spring Water Company to settle down, driving the increase of village finance and farmers' income. According to the model of "government co-ordination, enterprise leadership, and collective dividends", a total of 1.47 million yuan was invested in Tongling and other joint villages to build a photovoltaic trail landscape corridor, with an annual increase of 120,000 yuan. At the same time, the use of rural revitalization funds and linked to the funds of the assistance unit to invest in the construction of photovoltaic projects such as the basketball court of the Happiness House and the Tianfang trail, the annual income of the village increased by more than 210,000 yuan.
As a village in the old revolutionary base area, a provincial-level ecological village, a provincial-level forest village, and a county-level civilized village, Xiaowang Village is based on the positioning of the gateway village of the scenic spot, with the goal of building a leisure ecological village, and focusing on the advantages of the "natural oxygen bar" of Xiaowang Reservoir, it promotes the construction of landscape belts, courtyards of residents' houses, construction of farmers' leisure parks, cycling lanes around the river, sightseeing and picking agriculture and other projects, creates an ecological resort and leisure area around the lake, and forms an eco-tourism industry chain integrating tourism, play and residence.
According to the plan, the county will build more than 25 provincial-level rural revitalization demonstration villages through five years of efforts, and the demonstration will drive the county's rural industry development, rural construction, and rural governance to improve comprehensively, and make substantial progress in the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.
