In order to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, carry forward the spirit of socialist rule of law, and further implement the work of "who manages and popularizes the law, and who serves and popularizes the law", on the afternoon of June 25, the District Greening and City Appearance Bureau held the eighth special activity of "learning laws and regulations, refining business" and studying law. Zhan Quanshui, deputy director of the District Greening and City Appearance Bureau, and relevant comrades of various departments and institutions of the bureau participated in the event.
Wei Na, director of the District City Appearance and Landscape Management Institute, with the theme of "The Application of the Technical Specifications for Urban Landscape Lighting in the Work", started from the popularization of optical knowledge, focusing on the revision process of the technical specifications, basic requirements, electrical safety requirements, new construction, operation and maintenance related requirements, flood and typhoon safety inspection requirements, and the difference between the old and new versions of the technical specifications, and combined with the specific case of Jing'an, the light pollution problem and how to improve it through technical means were interpreted.
This training is full of pictures and texts, which fully demonstrates the achievements of landscape lighting construction in Jing'an over the years. Jing'an District strictly implements the "Technical Specifications for Urban Landscape Lighting", while deepening the quantitative improvement of lighting and promoting the high-quality development of landscape construction, it adheres to the people-oriented, combines lighting art with environmental protection concepts, strengthens the supervision of light pollution, ensures the safety of the surrounding ecological environment, and creates a beautiful and elegant night atmosphere.
Deputy Director Zhan Quanshui affirmed the learning effect of the training and put forward two requirements: First, it is necessary to fully understand the necessity of studying the law, and comrades in different business lines should extensively study the laws and regulations in all fields of the industry, and constantly enhance the awareness of administering according to law. Second, it is necessary to combine theory and practice, so as to draw inferences from one case and integrate the other, and effectively strengthen professional ability and improve the ability to perform duties through training.
