Wang Yixin reported that he was investigated in December 2023. According to the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission on December 8, 2023, Wang Yixin, member of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and vice governor, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is subject to disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission.
Wang Yixin is one of the last three central management cadres to be investigated and dismissed at the end of 2023, the other two are Li Pengxin, former deputy secretary of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Party Committee, and Chen Yuxiang, deputy secretary of the Hebei Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and deputy director of the Provincial Supervision Commission. The three were notified of the "double opening" at the same time on June 17 this year. The Supreme People's Procuratorate reported on June 28 that a few days ago, the Supreme People's Procuratorate made a decision to arrest Li Pengxin on suspicion of accepting bribes in accordance with the law.
According to the public resume, Wang Yixin was born in December 1965, a native of Yingshan, Hubei, graduated from Wuhan University with a university degree, a bachelor's degree in history, and a senior economist. He has successively served as the director of the editorial department, the director of the reporter department, the deputy editor-in-chief of China National Offshore Oil News, the director of the general office of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, and the general manager of the general affairs department. From November 2001 to October 2003, Wang Yixin served as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Luzhou Municipal Committee and Deputy Mayor of Luzhou City, Sichuan Province.
In July 2004, Wang Yixin was transferred to Hainan, and successively served as Deputy Secretary-General of Hainan Provincial Government, Director of Research Office, Director (General Manager) of Hainan Provincial Agricultural Reclamation Bureau (Head Office), Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd.
In January 2013, Wang Yixin took up his new post across the province and served as the vice governor of Shanxi Province, during which he also served as the secretary of the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanxi Province.
In December 2021, Wang Yixin once again took up his new post across provinces and served as the vice governor of Heilongjiang Province. From March 2022, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, vice governor, and a member of the provincial government's party group until December 2023.
On December 24, 2023, the ninth meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress passed the decision to remove Wang Yixin from the post of vice governor of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government. On December 24, 2023, the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of Heilongjiang Province issued Announcement No. 16: Wang Yixin, a representative of the 14th People's Congress of Heilongjiang Province elected by Jiamusi City, decided to remove him from his position as a representative on suspicion of serious violations of discipline and law. Wang Yixin's representative qualifications were terminated. On February 27, 2024, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress announced that the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress decided to remove Wang Yixin from his position as a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress. On June 17 this year, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission notified Wang Yixin that he was "double-opened": after investigation, Wang Yixin lost his ideals and beliefs, abandoned his original mission, befriended political liars, and resisted organizational censorship; Violating organizational principles, concealing or failing to report family real estate information, not truthfully explaining problems when organizing conversations, selecting and appointing cadres in violation of regulations, and accepting property; Accepting gifts in violation of regulations, accepting low-cost decoration from private entrepreneurs, using power to seek benefits for specific related parties, and engaging in power and money transactions; Lapse from virtue; abusing power for personal gain, engaging in power-for-money transactions, taking advantage of his position to seek benefits for others in land development and project contracting, and illegally accepting huge amounts of property. Wang Yixin seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline and life discipline, constituting a serious violation of public office and suspected of taking bribes, and did not restrain or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which is serious in nature and has a bad impact, and should be seriously dealt with. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China", "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China", "Law of the People's Republic of China on Governmental Sanctions for Public Employees" and other relevant provisions, after the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the approval of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was decided to expel Wang Yixin from the party; The State Supervision Commission shall give him the sanction of dismissal from public office; terminated his qualifications as a representative of the 13th Party Congress of Heilongjiang Province; confiscate their disciplinary and illegal gains; The issue of their suspected crime is to be transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with law, and the property involved is also transferred.
Among the fallen central management cadres, many were exposed to have befriended "political liars".

Cracking down on "political swindlers" is one of the key tasks of the discipline inspection system in Liaoning Province in 2023.
What is unbelievable is that Bai Enpei and Qin Guangrong, the two former secretaries of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, were deceived by the same liar. Bai Enpei and Qin Guangrong served as party secretaries of Yunnan Province from 2001 to 2011 and from 2011 to 2014 respectively, but they have both been dismissed. The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has previously disclosed the typical case of political broker Su Hongbo. Su Hongbo deliberately created his own identity background such as big background, hard backing, and wide connections, packaged himself as a character with hands and eyes to the sky and omnipotent, and grasped Bai Enpei and Qin Guangrong's misdeeds and thoughts, so he was in a maze and was surrounded by Bai Enpei and Qin Guangrong during his tenure as the secretary of the provincial party committee.
In addition, the "political liars" also made friends with Han Yong, former deputy director of the Population, Resources and Environment Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), former secretary and chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Yang Kening, former member of the leading party group and vice chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
