On July 1, the first beef ramen skills competition in Dongxiang County, jointly sponsored by the Dongxiang County Federation of Trade Unions and Dongxiang County Vocational and Technical School, and undertaken by Hailanyue Vocational Training School, was held in the Tourist Service Center of Tangwang Xinghua Village.
At the competition site, the ramen chefs used the competition as a medium to compete on the same stage, showing their exquisite ramen skills. The contestants took out their housekeeping skills and unique skills, in strict accordance with the requirements of the competition, within the specified 15 minutes, and carried out dough, kneading, and ramen, showing everyone the ramen skills such as capillary, large and wide, and two fine, and the dough kept changing in their hands, and the skillful techniques were amazing. According to the rules of the competition, the competition mainly evaluates the proficiency and standardization of the operation process of the contestants, the cleanliness of the board, the accuracy of the surface, and the standard and qualification of the four surface shapes.
A total of more than 50 contestants participated in the competition, which were divided into three groups. After fierce competition, under the appraisal of the judges, 5 third prizes, 3 second prizes, and 1 first prize were produced. After the competition, an award ceremony was held, and Tuo Fengying, vice chairman of the county CPPCC, attended the ceremony and awarded the award certificates and prizes to the winners.
