The project carries out a multi-phase transformation of a hotel resort located in the Canary Islands. The entire resort sits on 105,500 square feet of land, with many buildings of different shapes and spacious terraces scattered throughout. The entire complex has been renovated several times in different phases, incorporating different décor, furnishings and design elements to create a messy but undefinable style.

Although the project had different scale procedures at different stages of construction, from the outset, the design team had a clear idea: to transform the existing building and restore the once elegant, healthy and unique identity of the Flamingo Hotel. To accommodate these features, the design team used white as the hotel's tone. Bamboo, basalt and glass, combined with bright colour elements, emphasise the theme of "Flamingo". In this way, the subsequent renovation of the hotel has a blueprint.

The main building serves as a access building and contains different uses: such as a lobby, lounge, bar, restaurant, business area and hotel rooms. As a remnant of the hotel complex, the building has also undergone a mix of styles. After the overall planning of the project, its style became clearer and more unified.

The east and south facades of the building have an organic shape, while the west façade is more regular. The designer designed an extended space at the east and west south corners, with the aim of creating a transition between the organic façade and the regular façade, with end walls on the south façade. This extension follows the essence of the existing building while also cleaning up some unnecessary decorations. The purely horizontal lines created by the expansion create a sense of volume and space.

The main building is set behind the façade to ensure the integrity and continuity of the project as a whole. This horizontal strip is not as simple as it seems, and they encompass different uses for this building. On the basement compartment there is a business room, a restaurant and a terrace with a sun visor on the ground floor of the hotel.
