From June 28th to 30th, the "Conference on the High-quality Development of Chinese Medicine Culture" and the launching ceremony of "Impression of Traditional Chinese Medicine" sponsored by the China Health Foundation and co-organized by the World Federation of Chinese Medicine and the China Medical and Health Culture Association were held in Tianjin Sheshan International Conference Center.

Professor Zhang Mingke, a senior researcher at the Xijing Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, was invited to have a dialogue with Academician Zhang Boli, a people's hero and master of traditional Chinese medicine, on the topic of "treating diseases before they occur", which attracted attention from all walks of life.
Professor Zhang Mingke delivered a keynote speech on "Clinical Innovation and Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine" at the conference, expounding the causes of blurred vision and vision loss caused by "diabetic retinopathy" and early intervention and treatment from a scientific perspective, and demonstrating the early prevention and treatment of diabetes with the national first-class innovative new drug "Ginseng Qi Balance Capsule" developed by his scientific research team.
