In order to strengthen the comprehensive performance of intellectual property prosecution, strengthen the communication and cooperation between prosecutors and lawyers, and improve the quality and efficiency of intellectual property prosecution work, recently, the Intellectual Property Office of our hospital went to the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association to carry out discussions and exchanges. At the symposium, Li Wen welcomed the visit of the Intellectual Property Office of the Third Branch, and introduced the composition of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the Lawyers Association and the work of intellectual property protection in recent years. The responsible comrade of the Intellectual Property Office introduced the progress made in the case handling and the comprehensive performance of intellectual property rights of our court in combination with the type of centralized jurisdiction of cases and regional characteristics of our court. The two sides at the meeting conducted in-depth discussions on the current problems faced in the judicial practice of intellectual property rights and legal services in our city, and fully exchanged views on how to further establish a normalized procuratorial communication and cooperation mechanism, and reached a consensus on jointly strengthening the publicity of intellectual property protection, carrying out the sharing of resources for intellectual property talent training and capacity building, exploring the pre-litigation protection of foreign-related intellectual property rights of enterprises, and strengthening procuratorial supervision.
In the next step, our court will continue to strengthen communication and cooperation with industry associations in terms of intellectual property protection and helping the business environment under the rule of law, improve the quality and efficiency of procuratorial cooperation, unite the rule of law, strengthen the protection of the whole chain of intellectual property rights, and contribute to jointly promoting the construction of Tianjin's intellectual property protection highland.
