In recent years, Xianyou County has deeply implemented the innovation-driven development strategy, established and improved the intellectual property work system, introduced a series of patent incentive policies, encouraged enterprise technological innovation and invention and creation, and comprehensively improved the level of intellectual property creation, application, protection and management.
In order to accelerate the integration into the "main track" of the development of new productive forces, the county seized the opportunity of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, accelerated the integration of the four chains of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain and talent chain, and improved the intellectual property investment system with financial and technological investment as the guide, enterprise investment as the main body, financial credit as the support, and social investment as the supplement.
The county has established an assistance mechanism for the protection of intellectual property rights, explored a system of regular consultations, strengthened the connection and exchanges between the intellectual property management department and the departments of science and technology, industry and information technology, culture and tourism, and improved the "three-in-one" intellectual property rights protection, self-discipline and protection mechanism of enterprise rights protection, industry self-discipline and administrative law enforcement. Last year, the county Market Supervision Administration and the county intellectual property office took the lead in setting up the "Intellectual Property Administrative Mediation Room" and the "Xianyou County Intellectual Property People's Mediation Committee", and set up five mediation studios, including classical craft furniture, tea industry, Jinsha barley, sweet persimmon industry, and advertising industry, to carry out mediation of intellectual property disputes in accordance with the law. Since the beginning of this year, the county's market supervision bureau (intellectual property office) has guided a total of 87 patent-intensive products for the record, strengthened the policy guidance of intellectual property pledge financing business, provided convenient services for enterprise financing filing, and penetrated the pledge financing channels, and promoted a total of 5 patents of two enterprises to handle the registration of intellectual property pledges, and obtained patent pledge loans of 20 million yuan, turning the intangible "intellectual property" of enterprises into tangible assets.
At present, the number of trademark registrations, the number of geographical indication protected products, the number of patent applications, the number of authorizations, and the effective number of trademarks in the county have increased year by year, and a total of 165 new registered trademarks and 213 patents have been authorized since the beginning of this year. Up to now, the county has a total of 29,165 registered trademarks, 10 well-known trademarks in China, 5 geographical indications in China, 3 collective trademarks, 169 effective inventions, as well as 4 intellectual property advantage enterprises in Fujian Province and 2 national intellectual property advantage enterprises.
