11 tea brands joined forces with Alipay to launch AI "errand" ordering
In the Ant Group exhibition area of this conference, an "AI coffee robot" with a robotic arm was also displayed. The audience inputs voice commands, and the AI can quickly place an order and command the robot to serve a cup of hot coffee.
It is reported that the new function of AI intelligent ordering has been tested in the Alipay App, and the first batch of Alipay applets that support 11 tea brands such as Starbucks, Luckin, Bawang Chaji, and Mixue Bingcheng are supported. Users can give instructions through Alipay's smart assistant, such as "help me order a large iced latte of Luckin", and the AI will enter the mini program to automatically place an order, and after the user confirms and pays, he can go to a nearby offline store to pick up the coffee.
It is worth mentioning that the function of AlipayAI's intelligent ordering is not simply achieved by calling the data interface, but is based on the native multi-modal large model technology, so that the intelligent assistant has the ability to perceive the screen and simulate the execution, just like letting AI have "eyes" and "hands and feet", in the past, users could only click many times to complete the operation, in the future, you only need one sentence, AI can help you do it.
