The hybrid 4C dragon scale armor creates the era of PHEV supercharging
Following the release of the second-generation hybrid short knife battery cell last year, SVOLT brought the industry's first thermoelectric separated ternary short knife battery - "800V hybrid ternary dragon scale armor".
As the name suggests, the 800V hybrid ternary dragon scale armor battery is suitable for the 800V platform architecture, supports ultra-fast charging, and can reach a maximum charging rate of 4C, and follows the dragon scale armor thermoelectric separation technology, with higher safety, with the blessing of 800V+4C fast charging technology, it has become the fastest charging PHEV product in the industry. This revolutionary battery product for the next generation of hybrid vehicles will go into mass production in July 2025.
In the current market, PHEV models have become the main force driving the penetration rate of new energy to continue to increase. SVOLT's short knife products are naturally suitable for the internal structure of PHEV models, which can effectively avoid exhaust pipes and achieve high integration and high power.
Compared with the traditional PHEV battery pack, the product has achieved a 20% increase in volume utilization, coupled with an energy density of 250Wh/kg, it can provide PHEV models with 55-70kWh power selection space, bringing a pure electric range of up to 300-400km. This has already reached the range level of many pure electric vehicles.

5C and 6C ultra-rechargeable batteries detonate the pure electric market
SVOLT has also released two super-rechargeable batteries for the EV market, namely short-knife lithium iron and ternary, to meet the urgent needs of car companies to improve charging speed.
The first is a short knife 5C super-rechargeable battery based on lithium iron phosphate system. This short-knife fast charging cell can complete 10%-80% energy replenishment in 10 minutes, and the cycle life can also exceed 3500 times, and will be mass-produced in December this year.
The other is a 6C super-rechargeable battery based on a ternary system. 6C has become a battleground for battery companies, and the 6C ultra-rechargeable battery created by Honeycomb Energy can reach 6C with a peak power of 6C in the 10%-80% SOC range, which can be charged for 5 minutes, with a battery life of 500-600km, and a cup of coffee time can meet long-distance needs. In addition, the power of the whole package of the product is up to 100-120KWh, and the battery life can reach more than 1000KM.
Deeply cultivate the lamination process and prepare solid-state batteries
In the pre-research of solid-state batteries, SVOLT also released a ternary semi-solid-state battery product with an energy density of 266Wh/kg at the summit, which is the first product of SVOLT that can be mass-produced with time, cost and application scenario definition, mainly used for special-shaped package high-power models. Compared with liquid high-nickel batteries, the heat resistance time of this product is doubled when thermal runaway is forced, the maximum temperature is reduced by 200 degrees after runaway, the thermal stability is better, and it is less likely to spread to adjacent cells.
In terms of lamination technology, SVOLT's "flying stacking" technology has reached a lamination speed of 0.125 seconds per piece, and has been put into large-scale production in Yancheng, Shangrao and Chengdu bases, which has significantly improved the production efficiency, and the equipment investment per GWh of the flying stacking process has been lower than that of the winding process.
