A few days ago, we learned from Great Wall Commercial Vehicle that the Great Wall Smart Card G series pure electric heavy truck was officially delivered in Qingdao. The vehicle is developed for zero-carbon express logistics and transportation scenarios for commercial vehicles. At the end of June this year, the full-stack self-developed Great Wall smart truck electric drive axle of Great Wall Commercial Vehicle rolled off the assembly line. In addition, the Great Wall Smart Card Hi4-G rolled off the assembly line in May and is expected to be launched in the second half of this year.
The Great Wall Smart Card is a semi-trailer tractor, which adopts a relatively rounded profile design in terms of appearance, equipped with an integrated exterior mirror, and the rearview mirror shell also incorporates a low-drag shape. The headlight clusters are arranged vertically, and the LED daytime running lights are similar to the letter "F", which is expected to be highly recognizable when lit. In addition, the front bumper is designed with a running pedal to make it easier for maintenance personnel to clean or replace the wiper blades.
In terms of power, the Great Wall Zhika G series pure electric heavy truck delivered this time adopts the self-developed double oil-cooled flat wire motor integrated design in the 4-speed AMT gearbox, with a motor efficiency of 97%, and the vehicle is equipped with 2 drive motors, with a comprehensive maximum power of 360 kilowatts, a maximum speed of 120 km/h, and a maximum vehicle climbing degree of more than 30%. In addition, through the intelligent algorithm of the all-in-one power domain controller, the car can effectively distribute the power of the dual motors according to the transportation scenario, optimize the shift strategy, and achieve the purpose of reducing power consumption.
In addition, the car is equipped with a power battery pack provided by Honeycomb Energy, and adopts Honeycomb Energy's short-knife laminated battery cells and bottom battery technology solutions, with a battery capacity of 573.97 kWh, supporting high-current liquid-cooled fast charging, and charging from 20% to 80% in less than 39 minutes.
The Hi4-G, which rolled off the assembly line in May this year, adopts a non-plug-in hybrid system, equipped with a power system composed of a 12.9-liter diesel engine and P2+P2.5 dual motors, of which the maximum engine power is 412 kilowatts, and the maximum power of the two drive motors is 180 kilowatts. The car adopts a series-parallel hybrid structure, starting or low-speed operation is in series mode, drive the motor to drive; Parallel mode in medium and high speed conditions; Overtaking scenarios can be switched to hybrid mode, where the engine and electric motor work together to drive the vehicle. It is reported that the Great Wall smart card Hi4-G will be launched in the second half of this year, and more news will continue to be paid attention to by Chedi.
