Archaeological ramblings
The survey of cultural relics is an important basic work for the development of cultural relics, and a survey of major national conditions and national strength. Since 1956, 1981 and 2007, the mainland has carried out three national cultural relics surveys. The Fourth National Census of Cultural Relics will be conducted in three phases, starting in November 2023 and ending in June 2026. Through this census, a general catalogue of national immovable cultural relics resources will be established to comprehensively grasp the situation of immovable cultural relics resources on the mainland.
"Archaeological Talk" will be combined with the fourth national cultural relics survey in Nanning, focusing on what archaeology is, why archaeology, how to carry out archaeology, and the achievements and shortcomings of archaeological work in Nanning.
