In the past, when the quality inspection of the product assembly process was carried out, there were problems such as low test accuracy or non-traceability of test data, and in addition, quality problems such as incorrect wiring sequences in some parts were easy to flow into the subsequent process, and accurate control could not be realized.
After the transformation and upgrading, the 3.0 digital string production line focuses on the above problems, and through the upgrade, the problems in the process become traceable. At the same time, the efficiency of the inspection station has been significantly improved, which greatly improves the product yield rate and saves the overall manufacturing cost.
The new TBEA 3.0 digital string production line, based on modern, digital and automated process and equipment updates, is committed to improving the stability and production capacity of the production line, which will greatly increase the production efficiency by 50% and reduce the production cycle by 40%, and at the same time adopt energy-saving technology to effectively reduce the energy consumption of the aging room by 40%, reduce the sound pollution from the original 85 decibels to 65 decibels, and greatly improve the level of digitalization, intelligence and greening. It has vigorously promoted technological upgrading and manufacturing transformation, allowing enterprises to glow with new competitiveness.
