✅ Ingredient Preparation:
Bun skin: 500g plain flour, 5g dry yeast powder, a little sugar;
Meat filling: chopped green onion, minced meat;
✅ Steps:
1️⃣: Add 500g of ordinary flour ➕and 5g of dry yeast powder ➕ to the basin with a little white sugar, stir well, mix with warm water and noodles, stir while pouring, stir into a soft dough, then knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment in warm water until twice as large (about 30 minutes);
2️⃣: Pour oil from the pot, the lard at home will be more fragrant, add more green onions, fry the fragrance, add half of the meat filling, stir-fry until it changes color;
3️⃣: Seasoning ➕ cooking wine ➕, light soy sauce ➕, dark soy sauce ➕, pepper ➕ powder, sweet noodle sauce ➕, a little edible salt ➕ chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and put it in a bowl, then add the other half of the minced raw meat, stir well with chopsticks until viscous;
4️⃣: Sprinkle dry powder on the board, put the awakened dough up, knead the long strips directly, knead them into small agents by hand, and then roll each small agent into thin sheets with a rolling pin, add the adjusted filling, wrap it into the shape of a bun, put cold water in the steamer, don't get too close to the bun, and steam it on high heat for 10 minutes when the water is boiled.
