According to public information, Ma Dong once served as the director of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and Secretary of the Party Committee of Guanyun County, Lianyungang City, the director of the Urban Management Bureau and the Secretary of the Party Committee, the director of the Planning Bureau, the Director of the Expropriation Bureau, the Director of the Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, the Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Dayishan Tourism Economic Zone, and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and the Director of the Management Committee of the Lingang Industrial Zone of Guanyun County.
