The responsibilities of the river chief, the inspection schedule, the scope of the inspection area, the inspection content and the inspection record requirements are clarified. At the same time, report the inspection situation in a timely manner, establish an inspection work account, and require rectification of the problems found in the inspection as soon as possible.
To fully implement the river patrol system, town-level river chiefs must complete river patrol tasks at least 3 times a month, and village-level river chiefs must complete river patrol tasks at least 6 times a month, and strengthen the inspection of the management and protection of the river along the river. For the problem of river violations and regulations, "early detection, early treatment, and early resolution", small problems are rectified on the spot, and rectification notices are issued in a timely manner if they cannot be solved in the short term, and the relevant river chiefs and river patrollers in towns and villages are required to rectify within a time limit. So far in 2024, Dachuan Town has patrolled more than 280 times at the town level and more than 420 times at the village level, cleaning up more than 48 places such as various river garbage and floating objects on the water surface, so that the water environment of the jurisdiction has been improved in an all-round way.
Strengthen publicity and mobilization to create a working atmosphere. Through multi-level and multi-form "online + offline" publicity, residents in the jurisdiction are guided to consciously maintain the environment on both sides of the river, prohibit sewage discharge, and dump domestic and construction waste. By hanging propaganda banners, distributing brochures, and visiting households by village cadres, the masses can understand the importance of the river chief system, stimulate the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the masses to participate in the river protection work, and improve the quality of the ecological environment of the waters under their jurisdiction in an all-round way.
