Binhai TEDA Middle School affiliated to Tianjin Institute of Educational Sciences is a public secondary school. The school was founded in 2006, and by 2024, it will be "adulthood". In 2023, the school was approved to be established on the basis of the former No. 2 Middle School of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area, officially renamed as "Binhai TEDA Middle School Affiliated to Tianjin Institute of Educational Sciences", and participated in the establishment of Tianjin's first K-12 innovation experimental area, exploring the construction of a full-chain, full-life-cycle and whole-process education system. In the same year, our school applied to become one of the 12 strong foundation experimental schools in Binhai New Area, and jointly built a new model for the cultivation of innovative talents with 11 other schools in the new area.
