Now there are more than 90 days left before the subjective exam, the time is tight, the task is heavy, and you must find the right way to prepare for the exam! Some tasks must be done, and some tasks can be appropriately deleted! Spend the least amount of time, get the highest score, and pass the subjective questions steadily!
Especially for students with subjective questions in World War II, you are fighting against the odds, and if you haven't taken the exam this year, you will have to start all over again next year! Therefore, no matter how hard and tired you are, you must remind yourself to grit your teeth and persevere, and you must not waste time by taking detours!
Below, I will focus on explaining to you what precautions to pay attention to in the preparation of the subjective questions 3 months before the exam, please be sure to read them carefully!!
PS. According to the new syllabus of this year's legal examination and the changes in the official guiding cases, I have rearranged the "Subjective Question Key Compulsory Case List" for you, and if you don't have enough time, you can give priority to writing the case analysis questions in the table!
Due to space reasons, the full version of the case list has been uploaded to the [Law Examination Database], and students who need to download it can find it according to the following path: Juexiao Law Examination APP→Home→ Law Examination Database→ Subjective World War II Materials

Criteria for passing the line for subjective questions
Although the score of the subjective question is the same for everyone, you need to recognize your own goals.
Subjective questions of World War II, you are only one subjective question away from the success of the law exam, if you fail this year, it means that everything will be overturned and restarted, and the results of the objective questions will be invalid!! Therefore for you you can only succeed and not fail!!
And this year's students who are the main and the guest, your primary goal must be to win the objective question, while preparing for the objective, appropriately allocate time and energy to the subjective, otherwise you have not been objective, let alone impact the subjective!
1. Subjective questions about the criteria for crossing the line in World War II
First of all, according to the self-aware subjective test model, in order to stabilize the subjective questions, you need to do the following:
Attendance: 268 hours
Case exercises: 830 small cases (0.598 score) + 221 large cases (0.555)
Now that the exam is less than 100 days away, students who have less time and slow progress can no longer follow the regular pace of revision. Our goal now is to pursue the line, and the line is victory! Therefore, the following preparation strategies need to be adjusted appropriately:
1.2 rounds of courses: the core six subjects of the consolidation stage course + legal positioning course, in the learning process, the foundation of the core knowledge points has problems (can not be correctly drawn), you can listen to the difficult special courses of the knowledge points to solve the problem of poor foundation.
2. Practice large cases + small cases, one for small cases for about 5 minutes, and one for large cases for about 30 minutes.
3. Special training on the ideology of the rule of law, reciting the template of the ideology of the rule of law, and memorizing the core sentences and essence of the official textbooks.
4. Look at the questions of each subject, the subjective test points are relatively fixed, the scope is smaller, and the probability of winning the questions is very high, so you must get it.
5. Take more than 7 mock exams, real mock exams! Everything is according to the real exam process, train your ability to control the time in the exam room, and review after answering carefully can also play a role in checking and filling in the gaps.
Second, the host and guest integration of the line standard
According to the analysis of the conscious examination model, it is concluded that in the objective question stage, in addition to the normal preparation for the objective questions, the candidates who prepare for the examination in the same way should use their spare time to do the following:
148 small cases (0.52 score) + 13 large cases (0.43 score)
Therefore, if you have more time after completing the tasks related to objective questions (priority is given to objective questions), you can spare 30-60 minutes a day to write a small case, and you can take some time to write a big case on the weekend!
02
Is it too late to start now?
1. How can in-service candidates prepare for the exam efficiently?
1. Lazy and lazy preparation: five days a week, 2 hours a day to prepare for the exam, 2 days off on weekends, 10 hours a week, only 140 hours for 100 days, you can't finish the basic classes, it's definitely too late!
2. Normal preparation: 3-4 hours of study every day during the week (8-11 pm study), a total of 8-9 hours of study on weekends, 23 hours per week, about 320 hours in 100 days, can barely finish the class and questions, but there is no time to view the positioning, conduct mock exams, etc.
If you are a candidate with solid basic knowledge, you may be fine, but if you did not have a solid foundation when preparing for the objective questions last year, and the objective questions were all passed by luck, the problem is very big!
Because subjective questions are not like objective questions, give you the correct answer for you to choose, even if you can't, you can still be blinded, subjective questions are pure strength! It is completely written by yourself, and it can only be passed if you write it clearly and in an organized manner, and if you can't write it, you can't get it!
3. Efficient Exam Preparation:
(1) Overall time: 3-4 hours a day during the week (8-11 o'clock in the evening), a little more than two days on weekends to study (7-8 hours a day), the overall time of a week is about 30-40 hours, 100 days at least 420 hours, no waste is enough!
(2) Fragmented time: Every day on the way to and from work waiting for the bus, eating, toilet, resting can brush some small cases, in the later stage of the preparation for the exam, use these time every day to look at the points, memorize the answer template, etc., make good use of all the fragmented time, expand your effective study time!
For in-service candidates who only have 3-4 hours of daily preparation time or even less, you must use a more efficient method to study and more targeted revision in less time when time is tight.
To sum up, if you are an on-the-job candidate, start now, about 3-4 hours a day, with the right method, the time is completely in time, and it will be too late!
2. What do candidates need to do?
For candidates who are both the subject and the guest, there are still more than 60 days left before the objective test at this time. After you have laid the foundation and finished the breakthrough stage of the core 6 subjects, you can use your spare time to practice small cases in the form of one question and one answer, each question for about 5 minutes. Don't go straight to the big case as soon as you come, it's too difficult and too comprehensive! Getting straight to the ground is a bit of a waste of time.
In addition, don't waste time in the evening to concentrate on memorizing objective questions, you can choose the fragmentary time during the day (every day on the way to and from work waiting for the bus, eating, toilet, resting) to brush up on small cases with case practice, and practice 1 big case on the weekend.
Note! If you are lagging behind in the progress of objective questions at this time (you have not completed a round of learning until now), you should give priority to ensuring objective questions, and laying a good foundation is the key!
03
The most common pit for subjective questions
1. Comprehensively review without focus
First of all, the law exam is a passing exam, and the subjective questions only test the core points, so when studying, you must focus on the key points! And the B type knowledge points in the knowledge graph are the so-called "core focus"!
It doesn't need to be studied on a comprehensive scale, it should be focused on assault! There are many unpopular knowledge points that will not be tested, and there is no need to waste time to learn, just master the basic part of the difficult knowledge points.
In addition, unpopular knowledge points can also be solved by consulting the law.
The key factor that you didn't pass the line last year is definitely not that the unpopular knowledge points that account for a small proportion are not answered (so unpopular that you don't know how to answer, and there is a high probability that others will also have a headache), and you didn't pass the line mainly because the questions of the core knowledge points were written slowly (no time to turn over the law), and they were not well written (losing points)!
2. Don't do cases/do little cases, only listen to lectures/only read books
As the saying goes, quantitative change can cause qualitative change. Subjective and objective questions have a lot in common, and they must be practiced more. Subjective questions require a lot of training cases, and at least half of the time is spent writing cases! More than half!
Knowing the conclusion (objective question standard) → will write the reason→ write well → write fast (the standard of passing the line) is a process, and without enough practice, it will not be able to support you to meet the standard of passing the line.
If the time is really insufficient, you can give priority to writing the case analysis questions in the "Subjective Question Key Must Practice Case List", there are small cases that must be practiced, big cases must be practiced, and mock questions must be practiced, these are the content that subjective questions must focus on, and other cases can be appropriately deleted!
Note: Go to the Juexiao Law Exam APP, in the [Law Exam Database] on the Home, you can download the full version of the case form, I have arranged to upload it to the database! If you can't find it, you can also ask the homeroom teacher of the learning group directly!
3. Blindly memorize the procedural law and fail to familiarize yourself with the law
The law exam is an open-book exam, and it is necessary to memorize the knowledge points familiarly, but it does not require you to memorize them all, so as not to burden yourself!
There is a legal system in the examination room that can be consulted, others answer questions against the law, and you answer the questions by memory, who speaks French more? Who answered it all? Who is more accurate? That's how the score gap widens!
As long as you write 2 rounds of cases carefully, basically many points have been memorized. The content of the procedural law part is difficult to memorize, and it is more convenient to directly note the position of the law, and you can quickly turn it to the test!
Therefore, the rest of the knowledge points are what you have to memorize! Many people directly memorize knowledge points at the beginning, do not practice cases, do not memorize the law, put the cart before the horse, waste time, and take detours.
4. Do not take mock exams/lack of time to practice
Every year, some people lose a lot of points in vain due to time allocation problems during the exam, which leads to panic in answering subjective questions, and some questions are not answered. Imagine that you usually don't practice on computer-based tests, your typing speed is slow, you are not familiar with the operating system in the exam room, and your answers are slow, is it easy to be unable to finish!
Therefore, be sure to simulate the drill before the exam, the time practice is mainly by taking more mock exams, it is normal to have poor time control at the beginning, don't be discouraged. When the mock exam is 7 times. Of course, this is also related to your familiarity with knowledge points, the number of case exercises, and the degree of familiarity with the law.
To sum up, if you can avoid the above detours, you can do: focused review + do more case exercises + be familiar with the key legal positions + participate in real mock exam training! Then, you must pass the Fa test!!
PS: I previously wrote a "July Subjective Question Full Stage Check-in Form" (available for download in the legal examination database), including basic course review, legal positioning, case exercises, legal ideological training and all the arrangements for the sprint stage of the question, and if you finish these carefully, you will be very stable when you cross the line!
If you have little time, can't write a plan, can't refine the learning task, has poor learning autonomy, and needs class services such as school supervision and mock testing, you can also directly register for a class, and the planning and other learning arrangements are handed over to professional teachers to do, you just need to complete the study according to the plan!
