These two days
With the deputy high to strengthen the control of Zhejiang
The heat is further upgraded
Qujiang has also been in the "steamer".
This morning
The Qujiang District Meteorological Observatory issued another orange warning for high temperatures
According to the weather forecast
Today during the day
Qujiang District is except for the high-altitude mountainous areas in the north and south
All townships (sub-district offices)
Daily highs can reach 38°C
Locally above 40°C
Dog days in the heat and humidity
This makes the phenomenon of heat stroke high
Everyone should pay attention to the work of preventing heat stroke and cooling down
Recently, 30-year-old Mr. Yu (pseudonym) was found by his colleagues and sent to the Second People's Hospital of Quzhou City (Quzhou Branch of the Second Hospital of Zhejiang University) for rescue after continuous work.
Mr. Yu was diagnosed with heat stroke. After all-out treatment, Mr. Yu became conscious and temporarily out of danger. Later, with the consent of his family, he was transferred to the ICU for continuous treatment and is currently in stable condition.
"High temperature weather can cause a series of physiological function changes in the body's body temperature regulation, water and salt metabolism, circulatory system, digestive system, nervous system, urinary system, etc., once the body can not adapt, it will cause normal physiological dysfunction, which may cause abnormal body temperature rise, which may lead to heat stroke, and may also lead to the deterioration of other chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Heat stroke will cause many harms to people's lives and health, such as headache, dizziness, chest tightness, nausea, recurrence of old diseases, and a small number of severe heat strokes, which may even lead to death. Jiang Hong, director of the emergency department of Quzhou Second Hospital, said that recently, there have been many patients who seek emergency medical treatment due to "heat stroke" every day. Most of these patients are outdoor workers.
Go out for five minutes and sweat for two hours! In this scorching summer, with the strong entry of the subtropical high, Qujiang is experiencing a severe high temperature "baking" test.
Reminder
In the face of continuous high temperature weather, please be sure to do a good job of heat stroke prevention and cooling, learn more about heat stroke prevention, master scientific prevention and control methods, and jointly resist the health challenges brought by high temperatures.
Popular science is once deeper
What is heat stroke?
Heat stroke refers to an acute disease with central nervous system and/or cardiovascular dysfunction as the main manifestation caused by the disorder of heat balance and water and salt metabolism in a high temperature environment. Heat stroke can be divided into three categories according to the symptoms from mild to severe: premonitory heat stroke, mild heat stroke and severe heat stroke, and severe heat stroke can be divided into three types due to its different manifestations: heat cramps, heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
Premonitory heat stroke
After a period of high temperature work, symptoms such as dizziness, headache, fatigue, thirst, sweating, palpitations, lack of concentration, and uncoordinated movements appear, and the body temperature is normal or slightly elevated but lower than 38 °C, which can be accompanied by flushing and burning skin, and the symptoms can disappear after a short period of rest.
Mild heat stroke
In addition to some symptoms of premonitory heat stroke, it is often accompanied by burning skin, flushing, weak pulse, and low blood pressure, and the body temperature can rise to about 38°C. If treated promptly, most of the symptoms and body temperature will return to normal within 4 hours, otherwise it is very likely to progress to severe heat stroke.
Severe heat stroke
Heat cramps: more common in people who sweat profusely while doing physical work in a hot environment. The main manifestation is severe muscle cramps accompanied by systolic pain, so it is called heat cramps. Muscle spasms are more common in muscles such as the limbs and abdomen, which are often moved.
Heat exhaustion: It often occurs in the elderly and those who have not adapted to heat, with a more acute onset, followed by dizziness, headache, sudden fainting, lying flat and waking up after leaving the hot place. The patient is pale, sweaty skin, has a weak or slow pulse, and has low blood pressure but normal pulse pressure.
Heat stroke: due to the imbalance of the body's regulatory function in the exposed high temperature and humidity environment, heat production is greater than heat dissipation, resulting in a rapid increase in core temperature, more than 40 °C, accompanied by skin burning, impaired consciousness (such as delirium, convulsions, coma) and multi-organ dysfunction of severe and fatal diseases, is the most serious type of heat stroke, once it occurs, the mortality rate is extremely high.
On-site treatment of heat stroke
If you have a premonitory heat stroke or mild heat stroke, find a cool place as soon as possible and untie the collar to dissipate heat. Drink a little water, wipe your body with a damp towel, and rest in time.
When you find a person with severe heat stroke around you, you should immediately move the patient to a cool place, lie flat on a flat surface, and take off your clothes if necessary. If there are no life-threatening complications, find a way to lower the patient's temperature as soon as possible on the spot, and apply ice packs or wet towels to the neck, armpits, and groin. If conditions permit, cold water immersion can be used to quickly cool young adults without underlying diseases. Older people and people with underlying medical conditions can be cooled by evaporation by spraying water on the skin.
Cooling should follow the principle of "cooling first, then transport" and should be carried out within the "golden half hour" after the patient loses consciousness. At the same time as on-site disposal, call 120 to send to the hospital.
Prevention is key
1. Pay attention to the weather forecast, understand the high temperature warning, and arrange travel activities reasonably.
2. When outdoor activities, avoid high temperature periods, dress breathable, wear sunhats, sunglasses, and do a good job of sun protection.
3. In hot weather, regardless of the amount of exercise, you should increase your water intake in time, you can drink boiled water, salt water, eat more vegetables and fruits with high water content, and do not advocate drinking beverages, because most drinks do not quench thirst and will make the human body lose more water. Huoxiang Zhengqi Water, Rendan, Feng Youjing, etc. can be put in the pocket of clothes and pants or in a handbag in case of emergency. Before going out, you can apply a small amount of wind oil essence to the temples, philtrum, and massage.
4. Attention should be paid to high-risk groups of heat stroke, such as infants and young children, the elderly over 65 years old, the frail and sickly population, obesity, and long-term high-intensity manual laborers.
5. When working in a high temperature environment, if you feel dizzy or palpitated, you should stop working in time and rest in a cool place.
6. Identify heat stroke in time and master the general treatment methods. When indoors, refrigeration appliances such as air conditioners should still be used.
7. Make sure you get enough sleep and don't stay up late. Ensure sleep time (8 hours), sufficient sleep can relax the brain and body systems, so that the physical strength can quickly return to the best state.
