Zhao Zhongren, alias Yangzhi Zhai Master, was born in 1957 and his ancestral home is Qingzhou, Shandong. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a director of the Chinese Painting Research Association, a vice chairman of the National Public Security Artists Association, a vice president of the Chinese Minority Famous Painting and Calligraphy Academy, an executive vice president of the China Qinglu Landscape Painting Institute, a national first-class artist, a director of the Liaoning Artists Association, the chairman of the Beizhen Artists Association, the chairman of the Jinzhou Public Security Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and a visiting scholar of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University. In 2003, he was selected as one of the 100 young painters in China, and in 2021, he was awarded the "2021 Meritorious Person in Art Creation" by the Ministry of Culture. He graduated from Liaoning University, Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, and Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts.
His works such as "Green Mountains and Mountains", "Mountain Dwelling", "Old House", "Pine Spring", "The Stronger the Old Autumn Color", "Early Green", "Purple Autumn", "Spring in the River Meander", "Mountain Residence in Western Liaoning" and other works were selected for the national art exhibition and collected by the China Artists Association; The works "Mountain Stream" and "Spring Residence" have been collected by Zhongnanhai and the State Council Administration Bureau, and the works "Living Alone", "Northeast Mountain Dwelling in the South of the Yangtze River" and "Alpine Flowing Water" have been collected by Jiangxi Provincial Museum, Qingzhou Museum and Jinzhou Museum.
