After running, they will have physical fitness or wrestling training in the wrestling gym on the west side of the playground, which has become a compulsory course every day at Yunshui Middle School, even during the summer vacation.
In 2020, based on the concept of "integration of sports and education", Yunshui Middle School listed the local folk favorite intangible cultural heritage project "sheep wrestling" as the school's main physical education curriculum, and was humorously called "wrestling school" by the local people. Principal Chen Shufeng, a local, has always believed that running a "wrestling school" can cultivate children's patriotism, collectivism, and the will to work hard and fight tenaciously. Rural babies can still "fall" out of hope for life.
At first, the enrollment situation of Yunshui Middle School, which belongs to Yunshui Town United School, was not optimistic. In 2020, the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents". "'Integration of sports and education' is the trend, and our national intangible cultural heritage 'sheep scratching competition' in Xinzhou just echoes this general trend." Recalling the process of running a wrestling school, Chen Shufeng told reporters that the "sheep scratching competition" is a popular mass sports activity in Xinzhou City, which evolved from the traditional "horn arrival" in Xinzhou, and was included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list in 2008.

In October 2020, a new 600-square-meter wrestling training hall that reached the provincial standard rose majestically, and the student bathhouse built when the school's original compulsory education was balanced and upgraded was renovated and expanded into a bathhouse and locker room of about 300 square meters integrated with the wrestling training hall.
