On July 25, Weiyuan County held a relocation ceremony for the tomb of the martyrs of Lang Yingrong in the Poer Red Army Martyrs Cemetery. Yang Wenjie, deputy head of the county government and director of the county public security bureau, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech, and Zhou Jianbo, colonel of the county people's armed forces department, attended the ceremony.
In his speech, Yang Wenjie pointed out that the relocation of the tomb of the Lang Yingrong martyrs to the Poer Red Army Martyrs Cemetery is a concrete embodiment of the implementation of the central, provincial and municipal decisions and arrangements on strengthening the protection of red resources, and is a specific measure for the county party committee and the county government to protect the local "red resources", inherit the "red gene" and continue the "red blood", and will also facilitate people from all walks of life to organize and carry out activities to commemorate the martyrs and remember the martyrs. The county's departments at all levels, the vast number of cadres and masses should remember the martyrs' names and feats, enhance their sense of historical responsibility and mission, inherit and carry forward the great spirit of the Chinese nation, and strive to build a Chinese-style modern "five new" Weiyuan.
Martyr Lang Yingrong was born in September 1972, a native of Yuanjiahe Village, Majiaji Town, Weiyuan County, and was a soldier of the Third Company of the Anti-tank Missile Battalion of the Artillery Regiment of the Fourth Infantry Division. On November 2, 1992, he was killed and died in Urumqi on his way back from a mission, at the age of 20. In the same year, the General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army awarded Lang Yingrong the title of "revolutionary martyr".
At the ceremony, all the staff stood in silence to pay tribute to the martyrs. Zhou Jianbo, colonel and minister of the county People's Armed Forces Department, read out the martyr certificate of Comrade Lang Yingrong, Yang Wenjie arranged the ribbons for the martyrs, and unveiled the monument to the martyrs and wiped the tombstones with representatives of the martyrs' families. All the staff held chrysanthemums, walked around slowly, paid homage to the martyrs' tombstones and offered flowers in turn, deeply remembering the martyrs of Lang Yingrong and expressing their admiration.
More than 60 people, including the families of the martyrs, relatives and friends before their deaths, employees of the County People's Armed Forces Department and the County Veterans Affairs Bureau, some retired soldiers, and representatives of the masses in Lianfeng Town, attended the ceremony.

Lang Fuqing, the younger brother of the martyr Lang Yingrong, said: "As a family member, I would like to express my high respect and deep remembrance to the martyrs, and thank the county party committee and the county government for their long-term care and care for our families. The relocation ceremony of the martyrs' tombs made me feel the importance that the county party committee and the county government attach to the protection of local 'red resources', and in my future work, I will inherit and carry forward the revolutionary spirit and go all out to do my own work. ”
