Jointly developed and constructed by China Overseas Real Estate and West Bund Group, the West Bund Digital Intelligence Center project is located in the Xuhui Binjiang area, with Tianyaoqiao South Road to the east, Longyao Road to the south, Longwu Road to the west, and Longheng Road to the north. The project covers an area of about 140,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 1.05 million square meters and a total investment of about 41.7 billion. The project consists of a total of six plots, mainly including 22 towers, several commercial podiums, and 3 basements, and is scheduled for full completion in 2028, of which plots 3 and 4 will start in early April 2024.

The demolition and reconstruction project of the old housing at No. 7-8, Lane 341, Kangjian Road, after the reconstruction, the new construction area is about 4723.35 square meters, including 4173.35 square meters of above-ground construction area and 550 square meters of underground construction area. The main construction content of the project is to demolish an original house at No. 7-8, Lane 341, Kangjian Road, and build a new residential building with 11 floors above ground and 1 floor underground and a finished doorman. In April 2023, it was listed as a key project for the renovation of "two old and one village" in Xuhui District in 2023, and it was implemented in the form of signing a contract and moving out and designing the scheme at the same time. The Beiyang Artificial Intelligence Town project is jointly developed and constructed by Cao Development Corporation, Xuhui Urban Investment and Huajing Town. The project is located in Huajing Town, Xuhui District, with Chengqi Road to the north, Beiyang River to the east, Outer Ring Expressway to the south, and Laohumin Road to the west. The total area of the project is about 244,500 square meters, the total construction area is about 1,038,200 square meters, and the total investment is 14.42 billion yuan. The project is divided into 9 plots A, B, C, D, E, F1, F2, G and primary schools, including single-family offices, Grade A office buildings, commercial centers, rental residences, educational facilities, etc. Among them, the teaching building of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence (Shanghai) is located in plot B. At present, all blocks of the project are under normal construction and progress as planned, of which the phased acceptance of Lot 1 (teaching building area) of Plot B has been completed at the end of June, the acceptance of Plot A is planned to be accepted at the end of the year, the acceptance of Lot 2 of Plot B is at the end of September, and the acceptance of the primary school plot is at the end of July.

The Xujiahui Center project is developed and constructed by Sun Hung Kai Properties in Hong Kong, and is divided into Lot 3 (Yishan Road Plot) and Lot 4 (Hongqiao Road Plot). The project is east to Gongcheng Road, south to Hongqiao Road, west to Guangyuan West Road, Yishan North Road, and north to Mingshiyuan, covering an area of about 74,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 820,000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 560,000 square meters, and the underground construction area is about 260,000 square meters. The T2 tower of Lot 4 (Hongqiao Road Plot) has been topped out, the façade of the curtain wall is under construction, and the commercial part is expected to open in 2025.
