The meeting pointed out that inspection is an important part of the party's inspection work, and it is an important institutional arrangement for comprehensively and strictly administering the party to extend to the grassroots level. The whole county should combine the study and implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches with the implementation of the inspection work regulations, improve the political position, strengthen political responsibility, unswervingly deepen political inspection, firmly grasp the positioning of political inspection, and always adhere to the "two establishments" and "two maintenances" as the fundamental direction to strengthen political supervision.
The meeting stressed that it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of the "number one" and the leading group, pay close attention to key issues, key areas, key objects, and important responsibilities, deeply find out and promote the resolution of political deviations in implementation, and strive to discover and promote the rectification of behaviors that do not follow orders and prohibitions, and rectify the problems of flexible discounting and poor implementation of actions, so as to ensure that the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the provincial, municipal and county party committees are effective. It is necessary to adhere to the problem orientation, take the quality of problems and clues as an important criterion for measuring the quality and efficiency of patrol work, insist on seeking truth from facts, comprehensively, historically, and dialectically analyze problems, report problems objectively and accurately, truly give full play to the role of patrol work, and contribute to creating a clean and upright political ecology and a good development environment. It is necessary to adhere to the comprehensive implementation of the inspection work policy, concentrate on strengthening the inspection and rectification, and urge the inspected party organizations to take rectification as an important starting point for promoting high-quality development and comprehensively and strictly governing the party, dare to turn inward, make good use of the results of inspection, integrate inspection with deepening reform, improving the system, and promoting governance, promote both the symptoms and the root causes, and do a solid job in the "second half of the article" of the inspection.
