Booth construction process
1. Determine the booth requirements
Determine the purpose of the booth, the content and size of the display, and the regulations and restrictions of the booth location.
2. Booth design scheme
According to the needs of the booth, formulate booth planning, color, lighting, speakers, promotional content, etc., and make booth design diagrams.
3. Determine the booth materials and equipment
According to the design plan, select the appropriate booth materials and equipment, such as display racks, light boxes, background walls, display cabinets, display screens, audio equipment, etc.
4. Build a booth structure
According to the design plan, booth materials and equipment, the booth structure construction is carried out, and the exhibition racks, background walls, display cabinets, etc. are installed.
5. Layout of booth exhibits and promotional materials
According to the design plan and booth needs, arrange the location and layout of the exhibits, design and produce promotional materials and display copywriting, and decorate the booth.
6. Adjust and optimize the booth effect
Adjust the booth effect, such as the adjustment of lighting, speakers, display screen and other equipment and the optimization of the display effect.
7. Booth acceptance and cleaning
After the booth is completed, the booth will be accepted, the integrity and safety of the booth structure, equipment and exhibits will be checked, and the site will be cleaned up.
Precautions for booth construction
1. The building must be built within the scope demarcated by the organizer.
2. All exhibition buildings cannot be capped, and the distance from the ceiling is not less than 50CM, and the distance from the wall is not less than 60CM.
3. No combustible or flammable materials shall be used for construction and decoration, no fire-fighting equipment shall be diverted for other purposes, buildings and exhibits shall not block fire hydrants, and shall not occupy fire escapes.
4. Fire is not allowed in the exhibition hall, if you need hot work (open flame, electric welding, gas welding), you must report to the Ministry of Security through the organizer in advance, and obtain the fire certificate and do a good job of on-site prevention work before construction or performance. If the operator does not follow the regulations and does not bring the welder's certificate, the party concerned will be held responsible.
5. Exhibitors who hire private contractors to carry out special decoration works for the booth must pay the exhibition hall construction management fee to the exhibition hall.
6. All exhibitors are not allowed to use universal power sockets and plugs during the construction of the exhibition.
