For Sino-Japanese relations, the following measures can be taken:
- Dialogue and Communication: China and Japan should strengthen dialogue and communication, resolve differences and disputes through peaceful means, ease tensions, and restore bilateral relations.
- International mediation: The international community can play the role of mediator to promote dialogue and reconciliation between China and Japan through multilateral or third-party institutions to reach mutually beneficial and win-win solutions.

At the same time, we should also respect Japan's culture and people and promote the healthy and stable development of Sino-Japanese relations.
