Since July this year, the pilot work of full coverage of party building in the emerging field of Zhangyan Town has been steadily carried out, and the party organizations in each village have made overall planning, so that party members and cadres can "go down", listen to the voices of the grassroots, gather multiple forces, and jointly open the "brush village" model to shape the new look of the village.
In recent years, the number of renewable resource recovery points on both sides of Jinzhang Branch Road has gradually increased, and the environmental problems on both sides of the road have become increasingly prominent, which has become the focus of environmental remediation in Qinshan Village. According to the needs of different industries such as self-employed individuals and new employment groups, with the goal of promoting the sustainable use of resources and improving the environmental quality of the village, the general party branch of Qinshan Village has convened the heads of relevant renewable resource recycling business entities and villager representatives to brainstorm in the form of symposiums, listen to the difficulties and blockages of the masses, jointly discuss and promote environmental improvement on both sides of the road, and guide new employment groups to participate in the creation of Jiemei Village. In order to improve the ability of rural governance, the Town Environmental Governance Office formulated the "Implementation Plan for the Rural Governance Points System in Zhangyan Town", and accordingly upgraded the comprehensive management platform of rural human settlements and integrated the integral management module. As one of the pilot villages of the point system, Qinyang Village felt that it was difficult to use it at the beginning of the implementation. To this end, the general party branch of Qinyang Village invited old party members, old cadres, and villager representatives to gather the village committee, invited the technical personnel of the software development unit to introduce the use of the software, and went to the homestead to carry out the practical application of the software.
