On the evening of August 2, the launching ceremony of the Ruyi · Longhu City Water Night Tour was held in Zhengdong New District, marking the official meeting of Zhengzhou's first urban water night tour project with citizens and tourists.
That night, the downstairs of the "big corn" and the shore of Ruyi Lake were crowded with people and bright lights, and many citizens and tourists took a walk here to enjoy the coolness. At about 19 o'clock, the national tide music, ancient magic and "column spraying" on the pier attracted everyone's attention.
After a brief ceremony, two pleasure boats whistled their horns and slowly sailed towards the visitors, as costumed actors on the main stage staged a flash mob dance. The NPCs based on historical celebrities such as Liezi and Du Fu in Zhengzhou bring different styles of interpretation according to the characteristics of the characters, and the Ruyi · Longhu City Water Night Tour has set sail.

Ruyi · Longhu City Water Night Tour is a large-scale cruise ship project produced by Henan New Development Cultural Tourism Group, which connects Ruyi Lake at one end and Beilonghu Lake at the other, creating a new urban consumption scene of "water + shore" interaction through cruise experience, light and shadow interpretation, bridge lighting, and cross-strait cultural and commercial tourism space improvement. Help call out the city brand of Zhengzhou in the middle of heaven and earth, the hometown of the Yellow Emperor, and Kung Fu, and show the image of young Zheng, cultural Zheng, international Zheng, science and technology, and service Zheng city in a three-dimensional, panoramic and immersive way.
The project takes the historical and cultural context of Zhengzhou as the axis, from ancient times to the present, from south to north, and plans five scenes of "Heaven and Earth, the hometown of the Yellow Emperor, Kung Fu Zhengzhou, the great river rushing, and the world is the same light". Along the way, there will be light shows, water screen projections, boat performances, fireworks markets, etc., and the display content is based on the rich history and pays attention to fashion expression, including drum music, Shaolin kung fu, surname culture, etc.
Ruyi · Longhu City Water Night Tour specially selected eight famous figures in the history of Zhengzhou, and created an NPC interactive interpretation based on them. They are: Ancestor, Dayu, Shang Tang, Zhou Gong, Liezi, Pan An, Du Fu, Bai Juyi.
They are not only actors, but also tour guides and commentators, and increase the sense of experience of tourists through customized makeup and interpretation that meets the characteristics of the characters.
The 8 NPCs correspond to 8 different styles of cruise ships, the cruise ships are either named "Literati Danqing" or "Yujian Bronze", and the decoration style is either simple and elegant, or full of "sense of science and technology", reflecting the creativity and ingenuity of the project.
"Two circles and one belt" started to write, and a cultural tourism demonstration belt will be built in the future
According to reports, the Ruyi · Longhu City Water Night Tour is the starting point of the "Two Circles and One Belt" cultural tourism demonstration belt in Zhengdong New District. The "two circles" are Ruyi Lake and Beilong Lake, and the "one belt" is the 5.2-kilometer-long canal connecting the two lakes.
According to the plan, Henan New Development Cultural Tourism Group will continue to dig deeper, and unite projects such as the Canal Industrial Belt, Happy Twist Comedy Town, Water Theater, Longhu Sports Park, and Happy Beach to create a cultural and tourism economic demonstration belt covering theater, catering, amusement, cultural and creative functions. Scenes such as the wharf light and shadow performances, canal bar streets, water sports bases, and water theaters have been built one after another, where citizens and tourists can gather at night and enjoy a lifestyle rich in Zhengzhou's characteristics and modern experience.
