He said that President Xi Jinping and your President have led China-Turkey relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership, opening a new chapter in the development of bilateral relations. The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which was successfully held last month, drew up strategic measures to further deepen reform in an all-round way around the theme of promoting Chinese-style modernization, and made specific reform arrangements for expanding high-level opening up. Focusing on key tasks such as the construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the China (Xinjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Xinjiang will continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the countries that jointly build the Belt and Road, especially the five Central Asian countries, and actively build the Asia-Europe Golden Corridor and the bridgehead for China's opening to the west. We will conscientiously implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen friendly exchanges and practical cooperation with local governments in your country, take the agricultural field as an important entry point, strengthen cooperation in the fields of seed industry, agricultural machinery and equipment, agricultural product processing, agricultural water conservation, etc., enhance the level of cooperation in the field of energy and resources, strengthen exchanges and exchanges in the fields of people-to-people, education and medical care, and contribute local strength to deepening the China-Turkey community with a shared future. Atakhareyev said that Turkish-Chinese relations have a long history, and the ancient Silk Road closely links the two countries. At present, the relations between the two countries have developed in depth on the basis of mutual respect and have been elevated to a new height, and the cooperation between the two sides in the fields of oil and gas, energy, transportation facilities, and medical and health care has been steadily advancing.
