On the afternoon of August 3, local time, the badminton women's doubles final of the Paris Olympics was played between the two pairs of Chinese teams, and finally Chen Qingchen/Jia Yifan defeated Liu Shengshu/Tan Ning to win the gold medal, and Liu Shengshu/Tan Ning won the silver medal. This is the second gold medal won by the Chinese team after the 2012 London Olympics, and the second time after the 2004 Athens Olympics.
