Inside, the new car features an M sports multifunction steering wheel with a flattened bottom with a 12-point centering logo, newly designed black high-gloss air conditioning vents, and increased carbon fibre trim on the dashboard.
In addition, the new car continues to offer dual-colour M carbon fibre front seats, a red start/stop button, M-exclusive instrument cluster and a head-up display.
In terms of power, the new M4 continues to be equipped with a 3.0T inline six-cylinder twin-turbo engine, with a maximum power of 375 kW for the rear-wheel drive Thunder version and 390 kW for the four-wheel drive Thunder version, with a peak torque of 650 ·Nm.
The drivetrain is mated to an eight-speed M Steptronic automatic manual transmission, while the all-wheel drive variant is equipped with M xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive, and M adaptive suspension with variable sports steering is standard, and the acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h is 3.9 seconds and 3.5 seconds respectively.
