The circumstances of the case
In the face of the questions and discussions of netizens under the video, the police immediately went to the Tianshui Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau to inquire and investigate. After investigation, Tianshui City has not yet issued a policy related to "trade-in" in the real estate field. Later, the police found that the netizen who posted the video, Zhang, was a real estate salesperson, and after being summoned for investigation, Zhang used the Internet to publish the video in order to promote a new real estate and improve his sales performance, trying to mislead the masses to attract attention.
Zhang's behavior violated relevant laws and regulations and constituted an illegal fact of spreading false news and disrupting public order. After investigation by the Qinzhou Branch in accordance with the law, Zhang confessed to his illegal acts, and the Qinzhou Branch has imposed an administrative penalty on Zhang in accordance with the law.
