The fixed stall in Liang Xiaohua's mouth is the temporary watermelon business point set up by Xingqing District for the convenience of the people and farmers.

In the morning, the reporter walked into the north gate of Area A of Jingmojiayuan Community, Xingqing District, and saw that in a space of 9 square meters, a red square umbrella, a table, a stool, and a scale formed a temporary watermelon business point, and melon farmer Liang Xiaohua started his day's business. Residents in the neighborhood would stop to ask questions when they passed by, and many of them returned with a full load.

Due to the large amount of fruit in the stall and the relatively cheap price, it not only solves the problem of melon farmers' sales, but also allows urban residents to buy seasonal fruits nearby. "The melons and fruits here are very sweet! Buying watermelons here is not only fast and convenient, but also the city's appearance is standardized and the stalls are unified, this convenient sales point is really good! Mr. Li, a citizen, said with half a watermelon.

In the past, with the advent of summer, melon and fruit sales have entered the peak season, and the back streets and alleys in the urban area and along the road have become the "main battlefield" of vegetable farmers and melon farmers' transactions, which not only affects the city's appearance and environmental hygiene, but also easily causes traffic chaos, affects the normal passage of pedestrians and vehicles, and has potential safety hazards. In order to meet the dual needs of melon farmers and public purchases, the Xingqing District Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau summarized the experience of previous years, on the basis of preliminary research, comprehensively arranged suitable locations, and set up 116 convenient sales points for vegetables and fruits at the entrance of appropriate road sections, idle sites and residential communities without affecting traffic, city appearance and environmental sanitation and residents' daily life, and provided them to melon farmers for business and sales from July 10 to September 30.

Although the melon stall is small, it is also exquisite. According to Zhang Lei, a staff member of the Lijing Street Law Enforcement Squadron of the Xingqing District Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, the temporary sales points are mainly on both sides of the entrance of the residential community in the jurisdiction, and only one temporary sales stall is allowed at the entrance of each community, and it is forbidden to set up stalls within 200 meters around the campus, and within 50 meters around the hospital.

"In the process of selling at the point of sale, melon farmers need to comply with the relevant urban management regulations, consciously maintain the environmental hygiene around the stalls, do not litter and debris, do not dump sewage, do not hang indiscriminately, do not damage the surrounding public facilities, and do not use loudspeakers and other amplification equipment to attract customers." Zhang Lei introduced that every day the staff of the Xingqing District Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau will inspect the temporary sales points, conscientiously grasp the service guarantee, strengthen standardized management and dynamic management, and effectively do a good job in the service, management and guidance of melon farmers.

In the next step, Xingqing District will increase the inspection of all stalls in the jurisdiction, implement uninterrupted and seamless law enforcement, and urge watermelon vendors to operate law-abiding and civilized operations, so that people are clean on the ground, people are clean, not dirty and messy, and ensure that the urban environment is clean and tidy and the roads are smooth and orderly.
